【摘要】:正心理失衡是一種與心理平衡相對應(yīng)的心理狀態(tài)描述,其往往表現(xiàn)為個體負面的情緒或情感。這一不健康心理狀態(tài)將直接導(dǎo)致下屬具體行為取向的偏失,導(dǎo)致無效甚至是負面的工作行為。因此,對于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者而言,在規(guī)范下屬具體工作行為前,首先要確保下屬的心理健康,通過對下屬心理感知的適時掌控而實現(xiàn)對其變化趨勢的正向引導(dǎo),進而確保其行為取向的正確性與高效性。一、單位成員心理失衡的誘發(fā)
