工作環(huán)境欺負(fù)研究述評

【摘要】:欺負(fù)是工作環(huán)境中比較普遍的現(xiàn)象,已引起學(xué)者的廣泛關(guān)注。西方學(xué)者對工作環(huán)境中欺負(fù)的內(nèi)涵、影響因素、后果以及欺負(fù)的過程進(jìn)行了大量研究,并取得一定的成果。但是,在對工作環(huán)境欺負(fù)的內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)及概念的界定、使用的測量方法、研究變量的廣泛性等還存在明顯不足,這也是未來研究的主要內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:Bullying is a common phenomenon in the working environment, which has attracted extensive attention of scholars. Western scholars have done a lot of research on the connotation, influencing factors, consequences and bullying process of bullying in the work environment, and have achieved some results. However, there are still obvious shortcomings in the definition of the content structure and concept of bullying in the working environment, the measurement methods used and the universality of the research variables, which is also the main content of future research.
