【摘要】：[目的/意義]面向反恐的智庫能夠更好地服務(wù)國家反恐戰(zhàn)略。構(gòu)建反恐智庫知識庫,可以實現(xiàn)對反恐知識的有效組織與利用,為智庫產(chǎn)生高質(zhì)量產(chǎn)品提供知識保障。[方法/過程]引入本體理論提出了反恐知識庫的構(gòu)建方法。在信息源分析和需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計了知識庫的總體結(jié)構(gòu),構(gòu)建了反恐問題本體,并以實例實現(xiàn)了知識庫的構(gòu)建。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]實證分析結(jié)果表明,本文所構(gòu)建的反恐知識庫能夠較好地存儲組織相關(guān)知識,為反恐智庫的研究提供有益參考,所提出的基于本體的知識庫構(gòu)建方法可以將知識有效地整合,是在專業(yè)智庫知識庫構(gòu)建領(lǐng)域的一次有益嘗試。
[Abstract]:Purpose / significance: counter-terrorism-oriented think tanks can better serve national counter-terrorism strategies. Constructing the knowledge base of anti-terrorism think-tank can realize the effective organization and utilization of counter-terrorism knowledge and provide the knowledge guarantee for the think-tank to produce high-quality products. [methods / process] the construction method of anti-terrorism knowledge base is put forward by introducing ontology theory. On the basis of information source analysis and requirement analysis, this paper designs the overall structure of knowledge base, constructs the ontology of counter-terrorism problem, and realizes the construction of knowledge base with an example. [results / conclusion] the results of empirical analysis show that the counter-terrorism knowledge base constructed in this paper can store the relevant knowledge of the organization well, and provide a useful reference for the research of counter-terrorism think tank. The proposed ontology-based knowledge base construction method can effectively integrate knowledge, which is a useful attempt in the field of knowledge base construction in professional think tanks.
