企業(yè)組織的經濟學與管理學演變

【摘要】：以企業(yè)組織為載體從經濟學與管理學視角分析了生產力與生產關系的演變歷程。并認為企業(yè)組織的發(fā)展過程實際上是生產力與生產關系的辯證統(tǒng)一過程,而經濟學視角的企業(yè)組織更強調生產力功能,管理學視角的企業(yè)組織更強調生產關系功能,兩者的結合共同構筑了企業(yè)組織的歷史演變。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the evolution of productivity and production relations from the perspective of economics and management. The author thinks that the development process of enterprise organization is actually a dialectical unity process between productive forces and production relations, while the enterprise organization from the perspective of economics emphasizes the function of productivity, and the enterprise organization from the perspective of management emphasizes the function of production relations. The combination of the two constructs the historical evolution of enterprise organization.
