【摘要】：[目的/意義]針對新型智庫建設(shè)提出完善智庫治理能力的倡議,旨在提高智庫服務(wù)政府決策的信息保障和智能支持作用。[方法/過程]文章通過運(yùn)用理論研究方法,探討了提升智庫治理能力的理論內(nèi)涵、動力機(jī)制、獲取方式、現(xiàn)實體現(xiàn)和提升策略。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]認(rèn)為正確理解智庫治理能力是智庫服務(wù)政府決策的基本前提,中國新型智庫必須加強(qiáng)智庫治理能力建設(shè),大力提升治國理政的決策咨詢與智力服務(wù)能力。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] to improve the governance ability of the new think-tank, aiming at improving the information guarantee and intelligent support function of the think-tank in serving the government decision-making. [method / process] by using theoretical research methods, this paper discusses the theoretical connotation, dynamic mechanism, acquisition mode, practical embodiment and promotion strategy of improving the governance ability of think tanks. [results / conclusion] it is believed that the correct understanding of the governance ability of think tanks is the basic premise of government decision-making, and that China's new type of think tanks must strengthen the construction of governance capacity of think tanks, and vigorously enhance the ability of decision-making consultation and intellectual service in governing the country.
