管理學子專業(yè)認知能力培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:專業(yè)認知能力的培養(yǎng)對于調動學生學習主動性具有現(xiàn)實意義,管理學子專業(yè)認知能力培養(yǎng)應遵循認知發(fā)展規(guī)律,提高認知的實效性,結合管理專業(yè)特點,通過專業(yè)目標、課程導入、專業(yè)學科發(fā)展方向引導、理論和實踐互動教學等方式開展。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of professional cognitive ability is of practical significance for arousing students' learning initiative. The training of cognitive ability of management students should follow the law of cognitive development, improve the effectiveness of cognition, combine the characteristics of management specialty, and carry out the interactive teaching methods such as professional goal, course introduction, direction of professional development and interactive teaching of theory and practice.
