【摘要】：在區(qū)分完全探索性、局部探索性和驗(yàn)證性案例研究類別的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了理論回顧、訪談對(duì)象選擇以及訪談問題設(shè)計(jì)在上述3種類型案例研究中的作用和實(shí)現(xiàn)方式,并通過3個(gè)實(shí)際案例研究予以詳盡說明。最后,比較了3種類型案例研究訪談的異同,并就情境預(yù)研、時(shí)間與問題數(shù)量控制、訪談?wù)咦⒁馐马?xiàng)、訪談問題的發(fā)展、數(shù)據(jù)收集程序安排以及理論飽和度檢驗(yàn)6個(gè)方面的共性問題進(jìn)行探討,提出了以典型事件/實(shí)踐為載體開發(fā)訪談提綱的建議。
[Abstract]:On the basis of distinguishing the categories of full exploratory, local exploratory and confirmatory case studies, this paper discusses the role and implementation of theoretical review, the selection of interview subjects and the design of interview questions in the above three types of case studies. And through three practical case studies to give a detailed explanation. Finally, the paper compares the similarities and differences of three types of case study interviews, and discusses the situation of pre-study, time and question quantity control, interviewees' attention, the development of interview questions. The common problems in six aspects of data collection program arrangement and theoretical saturation test are discussed and the suggestions of developing interview outline based on typical events / practice are put forward.
