【摘要】：定義了信息技術(shù)環(huán)境下企業(yè)組織創(chuàng)新的概念內(nèi)涵;利用不連續(xù)生長(zhǎng)曲線、吸引子、吸子盆、匹配圖景、分形和非線性發(fā)展模式等復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)理論與方法探討了企業(yè)組織創(chuàng)新的系統(tǒng)行為及其復(fù)雜性。結(jié)果表明:(1)信息技術(shù)環(huán)境下企業(yè)組織創(chuàng)新是一項(xiàng)協(xié)同性的系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新,決定系統(tǒng)行為的四個(gè)基本變量是組織文化創(chuàng)新、業(yè)務(wù)流程創(chuàng)新、組織結(jié)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新和信息技術(shù)創(chuàng)新;(2)組織文化既是穩(wěn)定的吸引子,又是不穩(wěn)定的混沌吸引子;組織文化創(chuàng)新是整個(gè)組織創(chuàng)新的先導(dǎo)和保障;(3)通過(guò)高績(jī)效的組織創(chuàng)新,處于混沌邊緣的組織能夠躍遷到一個(gè)新的、具有更高復(fù)雜性和一致性的動(dòng)態(tài)穩(wěn)定階段;(4)在組織系統(tǒng)不連續(xù)生長(zhǎng)周期的相對(duì)穩(wěn)定階段和相對(duì)不穩(wěn)定階段,企業(yè)通常分別實(shí)施漸進(jìn)性組織創(chuàng)新和根本性組織創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:This paper defines the concept connotation of enterprise organization innovation under the information technology environment, uses discontinuous growth curve, attractor, suction basin, matching picture, The complex system theory and method, such as fractal and nonlinear development model, discuss the system behavior and complexity of enterprise organization innovation. The results show that enterprise organizational innovation is a collaborative system innovation under the information technology environment. The four basic variables that determine the system behavior are organizational culture innovation and business process innovation. Organizational culture is both a stable attractor and an unstable chaotic attractor. At the edge of chaos, the organization can move to a new, more complex and consistent dynamic stable phase, which is relatively stable and unstable in the discontinuous growth cycle of the organizational system. Enterprises usually implement progressive organizational innovation and fundamental organizational innovation respectively.
