【摘要】：迄今為止,制度層面對知識治理概念及其內(nèi)部機(jī)制的解釋相對成熟�；诖�,歸納了自發(fā)型、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)型、協(xié)作型三類典型知識治理模式,并分析了各自的總體特征。進(jìn)而以合作創(chuàng)新為切入點(diǎn),指出其與知識治理機(jī)制之間的因果反饋是組織知識治理模式演化的內(nèi)在機(jī)理。最后,以自發(fā)型知識治理模式為起點(diǎn),探討了幾條知識治理模式演化路徑。
[Abstract]:So far, the institutional layer is relatively mature in the interpretation of the concept of knowledge governance and its internal mechanism. Based on this, the three types of typical knowledge governance models of self hairstyle, leadership and cooperation are summarized, and their overall characteristics are analyzed. Then the cooperative innovation is the breakthrough point, and the causal feedback between the knowledge governance mechanism and the knowledge governance mechanism is the organizational knowledge. Finally, based on the self knowledge governance model, the evolution paths of several knowledge governance models are discussed.
