【摘要】: 在現(xiàn)代管理中,由于不同層次管理者所關(guān)心的信息類(lèi)別不同,對(duì)不同層次的管理信息進(jìn)行分析,以判斷其對(duì)管理者的價(jià)值具有重要的實(shí)際意義。 本文首先分析了高層、中層和基層管理者所關(guān)心的信息類(lèi)別,介紹了常用的信息分析方法,并提出了一種新的信息分析方法——利用管理者對(duì)信息的感興趣度來(lái)判斷信息對(duì)管理者的實(shí)用價(jià)值。其次,從客觀感興趣度的角度對(duì)管理者所關(guān)心的信息進(jìn)行了分析,引入了信息的覆蓋度、完全性和可信度三個(gè)指標(biāo),管理者對(duì)信息規(guī)則感興趣性(RI)度量的三個(gè)準(zhǔn)則,并提出了對(duì)信息的真實(shí)性指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析的必要性;從主觀感興趣度的角度分別對(duì)高層、中層、基層管理者所關(guān)心的信息類(lèi)別進(jìn)行了分析,從意外性和實(shí)用性兩個(gè)角度分別提出了硬信念、軟信念和信息的相關(guān)性、可利用性和實(shí)效性指標(biāo);并提出了管理者所需信息分析的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。最后,分別利用信息粒度和信息相關(guān)性建立了不同層次管理者所關(guān)心信息劃分的模型。通過(guò)以上的研究,,從而達(dá)到了對(duì)管理信息進(jìn)行分析和對(duì)不同層次的管理信息進(jìn)行劃分的目的。
[Abstract]:In modern management, because different managers are concerned about different types of information, it is of great practical significance to analyze different levels of management information in order to judge its value to managers. This paper first analyzes the types of information that are of concern to senior, middle and grass-roots managers, and introduces the common methods of information analysis. A new method of information analysis is proposed, which is to judge the practical value of information to managers by using the degree of interest of managers. Secondly, this paper analyzes the information concerned by managers from the angle of objective interest, introduces three indexes of information coverage, completeness and credibility, and three criteria of measuring the interest of managers to information rules. It also puts forward the necessity of analyzing the authenticity index of information, analyzes the types of information concerned by senior, middle and grass-roots managers from the angle of subjective interest degree. This paper puts forward the index of hard belief, soft belief and information relevance, availability and effectiveness from the perspectives of surprise and practicability, and puts forward the evaluation index system for the analysis of information needed by managers. Finally, using information granularity and information correlation, the information partition models of different levels of managers are established. Through the above research, the purpose of analyzing management information and dividing management information at different levels is achieved.
