基于隨機(jī)Petri網(wǎng)的鐵路企業(yè)督查督辦管理系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)范圍的拓廣和企業(yè)規(guī)模的日益增大,對(duì)企業(yè)的督查督辦工作提出了新的要求。而為了推動(dòng)鐵路建設(shè)和運(yùn)營(yíng)健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展,實(shí)行政企分離后,鐵路企業(yè)的投資融資體制以及運(yùn)價(jià)改革將進(jìn)一步加快,希望能夠降低成本,提高效益,而作為鐵路企業(yè)內(nèi)部非常重要的一項(xiàng)工作—督查督辦工作,關(guān)系到上級(jí)重大決策部署是否能夠有效的貫徹和落實(shí),因此受到廣泛的關(guān)注和重視。所以,要著力發(fā)展鐵路督查督辦管理系統(tǒng),使之能夠高效的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),提高辦公效率,為最終企業(yè)效益的提高做出貢獻(xiàn)。所以本文對(duì)鐵路督查督辦管理系統(tǒng)的流程化研究具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,可以用來指導(dǎo)實(shí)際工作,主要的研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)對(duì)鐵路督查督辦工作的基本情況進(jìn)行了概述。包括目前督查督辦工作的開展情況,聯(lián)合督查督辦工作制度的介紹,已經(jīng)取得的成績(jī),以及在工作中對(duì)督查人員自身素質(zhì)的基本要求,闡述了工作開展過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的一些問題:缺乏對(duì)工作的積極性、主動(dòng)性以及創(chuàng)造性,專業(yè)部門沒有發(fā)揮自身的職能作用,督辦事項(xiàng)反饋質(zhì)量低下,并提出了響應(yīng)的解決辦法:完善逐級(jí)審核制度、著力加強(qiáng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的督查督辦工作、建立綜合完善的督查督辦工作體系、加強(qiáng)專業(yè)督查督辦工作。(2)對(duì)Petri網(wǎng)的基礎(chǔ)理論做了詳細(xì)闡述,包括它的基本術(shù)語、起源和發(fā)展、定義、基本行為、性質(zhì)、特點(diǎn)。并介紹了隨機(jī)Petri網(wǎng)的基本理論和定義。(3)針對(duì)鐵路局重要會(huì)議議定的重大決策、重要工作部署和鐵路局領(lǐng)導(dǎo)批示件督促檢查、局主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)問題臨時(shí)交辦三種情況分別論述鐵路局督查督辦工作的程序,通過流程化分析,構(gòu)建了與之對(duì)應(yīng)的鐵路督查督辦管理系統(tǒng)的Petri網(wǎng)模型,并且運(yùn)用隨機(jī)Petri網(wǎng)模型的有效性驗(yàn)證方法驗(yàn)證了模型的正確性。(4)以可達(dá)樹、馬爾可夫鏈、穩(wěn)態(tài)概率方程、性能指標(biāo)等理論為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)所建立的模型進(jìn)行性能分析。依次通過可達(dá)圖的構(gòu)建、馬爾可夫鏈的構(gòu)建、穩(wěn)定概率的計(jì)算、性能指標(biāo)的計(jì)算,通過最終庫(kù)所繁忙概率、空閑概率和變遷利用率的計(jì)算結(jié)果,分析了系統(tǒng)可能比較繁忙和容易產(chǎn)生信息堆積的環(huán)節(jié),利于實(shí)際系統(tǒng)中人員、物資的調(diào)配和利用,具有實(shí)際參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economy, the expansion of business scope and the increasing scale of enterprises, new requirements have been put forward for the supervision and supervision of enterprises.In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of railway construction and operation, after the separation of government and enterprises, the investment and financing system and the reform of freight rates of railway enterprises will be further accelerated, hoping to reduce costs and increase efficiency.As a very important work in railway enterprises, supervision and supervision is related to the implementation and implementation of the major decisions and arrangements of the higher level, so it has received extensive attention and attention.Therefore, it is necessary to develop railway supervision and supervision management system so that it can run efficiently, improve office efficiency and contribute to the improvement of final enterprise efficiency.Therefore, this paper has a strong practical significance to study the flow of railway supervision and supervision management system, which can be used to guide the practical work. The main research contents are as follows: 1) the basic situation of railway supervision and supervision work is summarized.Including the development of the present supervision and supervision work, the introduction of the joint supervision and supervision work system, the achievements achieved, and the basic requirements for the quality of the inspectors themselves in their work,This paper expounds some problems found in the course of carrying out the work: lack of enthusiasm, initiative and creativity to the work, lack of professional departments to play their own functions, poor quality of feedback on supervision matters,The corresponding solutions are put forward: to perfect the system of step by step audit, to strengthen the supervision and supervision work on the spot, to establish a comprehensive and perfect system of supervision and supervision, and to strengthen the work of professional supervision and supervision.) the basic theory of Petri network is expounded in detail.Including its basic terminology, origin and development, definition, basic behavior, nature, characteristics.The basic theory and definition of stochastic Petri net are introduced.This paper discusses the procedures of the supervision and supervision work of railway bureau in three kinds of cases, which are found by the main leaders of the bureau, and constructs the corresponding Petri net model of the railway supervision and supervision management system through the analysis of the process.The validity of the model is verified by using the method of validation of stochastic Petri nets. The model is analyzed based on the theory of reachability tree, Markov chain, steady-state probability equation, performance index and so on.In turn, through the construction of Datuk, the construction of Markov chain, the calculation of stability probability, the calculation of performance index, the calculation results of busy probability, idle probability and transition utilization ratio of the final library.The paper analyzes that the system may be busy and easy to produce information accumulation, which is beneficial to the deployment and utilization of personnel and materials in the actual system, and has practical reference value.
