【摘要】：首先,對創(chuàng)新和創(chuàng)新型組織的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了研究,并提出了創(chuàng)新型組織的特征,以及組織創(chuàng)新與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的關(guān)系。接著,從組織成員、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、組織文化、外部環(huán)境等方面對具有創(chuàng)新精神的組織特點進(jìn)行了深入探討,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步分析了建立創(chuàng)新型組織需要解決的問題,并對建立創(chuàng)新型組織給出了建議。
[Abstract]:First of all, the connotation of innovation and innovative organization is studied, and the characteristics of innovative organization and the relationship between organizational innovation and technological innovation are put forward. In this paper, the characteristics of innovative organizations are discussed in detail in terms of external environment, and on the basis of this, the problems that need to be solved in establishing innovative organizations are further analyzed, and suggestions are given for the establishment of innovative organizations.
