【摘要】：正對于一個(gè)組織來說,如何提升主流群體整體凝聚力、加快群體知識更新、優(yōu)化群體結(jié)構(gòu)、合理分配群體資源、最大化激發(fā)主流群體內(nèi)部活力是目前亟待解決的問題。主流群體作為單位各項(xiàng)管理任務(wù)中"承擔(dān)者"的角色,決定著整個(gè)任務(wù)的成效。主流群體的復(fù)雜性決定了不同部門的群體成員在專業(yè)、技能、學(xué)歷、年齡、思維方式等方面存在較大的差異。因此,如何對主流群體進(jìn)行有效激勵(lì)、提升整體工作效率,已經(jīng)成為各單位、各層級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重點(diǎn)關(guān)注的問題。
[Abstract]:For an organization, how to enhance the overall cohesion of mainstream groups, accelerate the renewal of group knowledge, optimize the group structure, and allocate group resources rationally, To maximize the internal vitality of the mainstream group is an urgent problem to be solved. As the role of the "bearer" in the various management tasks of the unit, the mainstream group, The complexity of the mainstream group determines that there are great differences in specialty, skill, education, age, mode of thinking and so on among the members of different sectors.
