信息系統(tǒng)可用性問(wèn)題類(lèi)型及嚴(yán)重度對(duì)用戶(hù)主觀情緒的影響

【摘要】:已有研究表明,可用性問(wèn)題會(huì)影響用戶(hù)的主觀情緒,典型地如負(fù)性情緒的發(fā)生,但可用性問(wèn)題類(lèi)型及嚴(yán)重度對(duì)于用戶(hù)主觀情緒的影響研究則相對(duì)有限。為了分析信息系統(tǒng)可用性問(wèn)題類(lèi)型及嚴(yán)重度對(duì)用戶(hù)主觀情緒的影響,設(shè)計(jì)兩因素混合實(shí)驗(yàn)。研究結(jié)果表明,可用性問(wèn)題類(lèi)型及嚴(yán)重度會(huì)影響用戶(hù)的主觀情緒,任務(wù)類(lèi)、高嚴(yán)重度水平的可用性問(wèn)題將導(dǎo)致用戶(hù)高負(fù)性、低支配度的主觀情緒;且當(dāng)可用性問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重度水平較低時(shí),可用性問(wèn)題類(lèi)型對(duì)于用戶(hù)情緒效價(jià)的影響更顯著。因此,可用性測(cè)試中,任務(wù)類(lèi)及高嚴(yán)重度水平的可用性問(wèn)題應(yīng)分配較高的優(yōu)先級(jí)。
[Abstract]:Research has shown that usability problems can affect the subjective emotions of users, typically negative emotions. However, the effect of usability problem type and severity on user's subjective emotion is relatively limited. In order to analyze the influence of information system usability problem type and severity on user's subjective emotion, The results show that the type and severity of usability problems will affect the subjective emotion of users, and the usability problems of task type and high severity level will lead to the subjective emotion of high negative and low dominance. When the severity level of usability problem is low, the effect of usability problem type on user emotional potency is more significant. Therefore, in usability testing, the usability problem of task class and high severity level should be assigned a higher priority.
