【摘要】：智庫在現代社會影響巨大,而中國正處于智庫發(fā)展的關鍵時期,急需借鑒西方智庫的發(fā)展經驗。文章梳理了以英、法、德三國為代表的歐洲智庫及美國智庫的發(fā)展概況,比較分析了歐美智庫的特點,并從中得出啟示,即要大力推進民間智庫建設,理順智庫與政府的正確關系;要加強智庫專業(yè)化建設,完善管理體制;要努力構建智庫市場化運作體制,應對市場變化;要創(chuàng)造智庫好產品,積極宣傳推廣。
[Abstract]:Think tanks have a great impact on modern society, and China is in a critical period of the development of think tanks, so it is urgent to learn from the experience of the development of western think tanks. This article reviews the development of European think tanks and American think tanks represented by Britain, France and Germany. This paper compares and analyzes the characteristics of think tanks in Europe and the United States, and draws inspiration from them, that is, to vigorously promote the construction of civilian think tanks, to straighten out the correct relationship between them and the government, to strengthen the specialized construction of think tanks, and to perfect the management system. Efforts should be made to build a market-oriented operating system for think-tanks to cope with market changes, and to create good products for think-tanks and actively publicize and popularize them.
