【摘要】：正在社會(huì)科學(xué)中,對(duì)信任并沒(méi)有一個(gè)確切公認(rèn)的定義。本文采用南京大學(xué)翟學(xué)偉教授對(duì)信任的定義:"作為社會(huì)事實(shí)的信任,其本質(zhì)在于一個(gè)人在面對(duì)社會(huì)復(fù)雜性增大或社會(huì)自身發(fā)生巨大變化時(shí)所表現(xiàn)出來(lái)的對(duì)既往時(shí)空中依賴對(duì)象的控制傾向,以便可以照常應(yīng)對(duì)未來(lái)的不確定性和各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。"(翟學(xué)偉:《信任的本質(zhì)及其文化》,《社會(huì)》2014年第1期)信任,不僅僅是人際關(guān)系中的橫向信任,還包括了組織中上下級(jí)的垂直信任。而上
[Abstract]:In the social sciences, there is no definite accepted definition of trust. This paper adopts the definition of trust by Professor Zhai Xuewei of Nanjing University: "Trust as a social fact," Its essence lies in a person's tendency to control objects that depend on objects in time and space in the face of increasing social complexity or great changes in society itself. "(Zhai Xuewei: the essence of Trust and its Culture, issue 1 of 2014) Trust is not just lateral trust in interpersonal relationships." It also includes vertical trust at the top and bottom of the organization.
