【摘要】：指出當(dāng)前我國(guó)知識(shí)管理理論流派研究具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,并簡(jiǎn)單回顧了知識(shí)管理主要流派發(fā)展概況。為了更好地指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐活動(dòng),嘗試性地將知識(shí)管理學(xué)術(shù)流派劃為四個(gè)主要學(xué)派,進(jìn)而對(duì)四大學(xué)派進(jìn)行了理論探討和分類研究。文章認(rèn)為,由于知識(shí)管理本身即是戰(zhàn)略管理其中的一項(xiàng)具體內(nèi)容,因此從戰(zhàn)略管理的認(rèn)識(shí)論基礎(chǔ)上來重新審視知識(shí)管理,必將為知識(shí)管理更深入的理論研究和有效指導(dǎo)具體的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)拓展新天地,開辟新方向。
[Abstract]:It is pointed out that the current research on the theory of knowledge management in China is of great practical significance, and briefly reviews the development of the main schools of knowledge management. In order to better guide practical activities, we try to divide the schools of knowledge management into four main schools, and then make a theoretical discussion and classification study of the four universities. The article thinks, because knowledge management itself is a specific content of the strategic management, so from the understanding of strategic management theory based on the review of knowledge management, will effectively guide the research of knowledge management theory and practice specific further expand new horizons, open up a new direction.
