城市中小戶型居住空間模式探索

【摘要】：我國在城市化發(fā)展迅速,人口也迅速增長的今天,面臨著房價上漲等城市化的產(chǎn)物。而重點問題都集中在昂貴的城市用地與不斷增長的住房需求上,在土地資源有限的條件下,為了滿足人們的居住需求,城市住房的面積減小與層數(shù)增高則成為解決問題的方式。中小戶型居住空間的發(fā)展與推廣便成了解決城市人群居住問題的突破口。 城市中小戶型被大多數(shù)人們理解為是一種過渡型產(chǎn)品,長期以來對其認識也只是停留在表面上,空間單一,安排的很緊湊。而實際中小戶型的產(chǎn)品對于它的居住者來說,并不是過渡型產(chǎn)品,而是一種過渡性住房,是使用者的人生中某一階段所需要的住宅產(chǎn)品,就房子戶型的本身來講,某一部分人由于家庭結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生變化,或追求更高享受時,房子本身對另一些人還是存在適用性的。對于而對于設(shè)計師而言,居住面積的減小并不能意味居住品質(zhì)隨之降低,而是要對中小戶型居住空間有更精細的研究,在有限面積的條件下,空間利用最大化,來滿足居住群體不斷變化的需求。 本文以我國目前中小戶型居住的現(xiàn)狀問題為切入點,闡述了中小戶型的發(fā)展以及發(fā)展過程中所存在的問題,分析國內(nèi)外目前對于中小戶型研究的成功案例并進行探討研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合當前中小型住宅戶型的要求和城市生活空間的戶型特點分析情況。以及家庭結(jié)構(gòu),人群的消費觀念對于中小戶型居住空間的制約和影響,及中小戶型空間存在的問題。通過以上資料整合的分析,進一步提出整體性考慮的設(shè)計原則以及幾點空間的設(shè)計策略,包括功能復(fù)合、空間回路、模塊空間等。來提升城市中小戶型居住空間的生活品質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization and the rapid growth of population, China is faced with the products of urbanization, such as rising house prices. But the key problems are concentrated on the expensive urban land and the increasing demand for housing. In order to meet the living needs of people under the condition of limited land resources, the decrease of urban housing area and the increase of the number of floors become the way to solve the problem. The development and promotion of small and medium-sized residential space has become a breakthrough to solve the housing problems of urban people. The small and medium-sized urban household type is understood by most people as a transitional product. For a long time, the understanding of it has only stayed on the surface, the space is single, and the arrangement is very compact. And the products of the actual small and medium-sized households are not transitional products for its occupants, but a transitional housing, which is a residential product that the user needs at a certain stage of his life, as far as the house type itself is concerned. The house itself is applicable to others as a result of changes in family structure or the pursuit of higher enjoyment. For designers, the decrease of living area does not mean that the living quality will be reduced, but that there should be a more detailed study on the residential space of small and medium-sized households. Under the condition of limited area, the space utilization will be maximized. To meet the changing needs of the population. Based on the current situation of the small and medium-sized households in China, this paper expounds the development of the small and medium-sized households and the existing problems in the process of development, analyzes the successful cases of the research on the small and medium-sized households at home and abroad, and probes into the research. On this basis, combined with the current requirements of small and medium-sized residential units and the characteristics of urban living space analysis. As well as the family structure, the crowd's consumption idea to the small and medium-sized dwelling space restriction and the influence, and the small and medium-sized household space existence question. Through the analysis of the above data integration, the design principles of the integrity and the design strategies of several points of space, including functional composition, space loop, module space and so on, are put forward. To improve the quality of life of urban small and medium-sized residential space.
