【摘要】：目前,隨著我國城市化進(jìn)程加速發(fā)展,自然環(huán)境破壞日益加重,與此同時(shí),人們生活質(zhì)量不斷提高,居住在城市的人們對生活質(zhì)量的向往日益強(qiáng)烈,城市中已有的綠地及公園已不能滿足人們的需求,城市森林公園優(yōu)越的地理優(yōu)勢以及良好的生態(tài)環(huán)境成為旅游者關(guān)注的新熱點(diǎn)。但隨著一些城市開展城市森林公園旅游,對城市森林公園景觀資源做出正確評價(jià),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)合理規(guī)劃城市森林公園,對改善城市環(huán)境具有重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、專家打分與層次分析相結(jié)合的研究方法。通過查閱文獻(xiàn)資料,梳理總結(jié)了森林公園概念、城市森林公園概念、城市森林公園主要特征以及城市森林公園研究的理論基礎(chǔ),并歸納概括了城市森林公園的主要特點(diǎn)和功能,對城市森林公園景觀資源評價(jià)及規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行歸納概括。依照《中國森林公園風(fēng)景資源質(zhì)量等級評定(GB/T8005-1999)》、《森林旅游資源評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,并參考相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)中對城市森林景觀資源評價(jià)研究,通過對評價(jià)因子進(jìn)行篩選,構(gòu)建了城市森林公園景觀資源評價(jià)體系,確定評價(jià)因子的權(quán)重,形成了翠屏山城市森林公園景觀資源評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。評價(jià)結(jié)果顯示,翠屏山城市森林公園風(fēng)景資源質(zhì)量較高,尤以生物資源所占權(quán)重最高,得分也很高,表明森林公園生物資源非常豐富；區(qū)域環(huán)境質(zhì)量中的衛(wèi)生狀況所占比重很高,但得分相對一般,說明森林公園的衛(wèi)生條件有待改善,大氣質(zhì)量權(quán)重值和得分均較高；對旅游開發(fā)條件評價(jià)顯示,森林公園的交通和區(qū)位條件優(yōu)勢明顯。翠屏山森林公園景觀資源最終得分為8.0029分,景觀資源等級為一級,景觀資源質(zhì)量好,具有較高旅游價(jià)值,很難人工創(chuàng)造,要注意保護(hù),確定完善的開發(fā)措施,注重森林公園環(huán)境衛(wèi)生狀況的改善,使翠屏山城市森林公園能夠持續(xù)發(fā)揮其多種功能。根據(jù)對翠屏山城市森林公園景觀資源的評價(jià)結(jié)果,在充分結(jié)合城市森林公園規(guī)劃理論的前提下,從翠屏山城市森林公園目前存在問題入手,從總體布局、環(huán)境容量估算、景點(diǎn)規(guī)劃、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、服務(wù)設(shè)施規(guī)劃等方面入手,結(jié)合理論指導(dǎo),對翠屏山城市森林公園進(jìn)行景觀規(guī)劃實(shí)踐,并提出了森林公園在開發(fā)及開展旅游活動(dòng)過程中對景觀資源保護(hù)的建議,以利于翠屏山城市森林公園有序開發(fā)與建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of urbanization in our country, the destruction of the natural environment is becoming more and more serious. At the same time, the quality of life of people living in cities is becoming stronger and stronger. The existing green space and parks in cities can no longer meet the needs of people. The advantageous geographical advantages and good ecological environment of urban forest parks have become a new hot spot for tourists to pay attention to. However, with the development of urban forest park tourism in some cities, it is of great practical significance to make a correct evaluation of the landscape resources of the urban forest park and to realize the rational planning of the urban forest park, which is of great practical significance to the improvement of the urban environment. This paper uses the research method of literature research, expert scoring and analytic hierarchy process. By consulting the literature, this paper summarizes the concept of forest park, the main characteristics of urban forest park and the theoretical basis of urban forest park research, and summarizes the main characteristics and functions of urban forest park. The research progress of landscape resource evaluation and planning design of urban forest park is summarized. According to the relevant contents of "quality Evaluation of Landscape Resources of China Forest Park (GB/ T8005-1999)" and "criteria of Forest Tourism Resources Evaluation", the evaluation of urban forest landscape resources was studied with reference to relevant literature, and the evaluation factors were screened. The evaluation system of landscape resources of urban forest park was constructed, the weight of evaluation factors was determined, and the evaluation standard of landscape resources of urban forest park in Cuiping Mountain was formed. The evaluation results showed that the quality of landscape resources in Cuipingshan City Forest Park was high, especially the weight of biological resources was the highest, and the score was also very high, which indicated that the forest park was rich in biological resources. The proportion of health status in regional environmental quality is very high, but the score is relatively general, which indicates that the sanitation condition of forest park needs to be improved, and the weight value and score of atmospheric quality are both high. Forest park traffic and location advantages are obvious. The final score of landscape resources of Cuipingshan Forest Park is 8.0029 points, and the landscape resources grade is one grade, the quality of landscape resources is good, the tourism value is relatively high, it is very difficult to create artificially, we should pay attention to protection and determine the perfect development measures. Attention should be paid to the improvement of the environmental hygiene condition of forest parks, so that Cuipingshan City Forest Park can continue to play its various functions. According to the evaluation results of the landscape resources of Cuipingshan City Forest Park, under the premise of fully combining the planning theory of the Urban Forest Park, starting with the existing problems of the Urban Forest Park of Cuipingshan City, this paper estimates the overall layout and environmental capacity of the park. Starting with the planning of scenic spots, infrastructure and service facilities, and combining with the theoretical guidance, the landscape planning practice of Cuiping Mountain Urban Forest Park is carried out. In order to benefit the orderly development and construction of Cuipingshan City Forest Park, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the protection of landscape resources in the course of developing and developing tourism activities of Forest Park.
