【摘要】：隨著信息化技術(shù)在企業(yè)成本管理領(lǐng)域研究的深入,不但降低了企業(yè)成本管理人員的工作負(fù)擔(dān)及管理成本,而且還提升了成本管理的效率及質(zhì)量,使得早期基于人工管理為主的成本管理模式逐漸被淘汰,取而代之的是基于信息技術(shù)的成本管理理念。 本文首先分析了上海內(nèi)野公司成本管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的背景、研究的意義以及國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了上海內(nèi)野公司的現(xiàn)狀與存在的主要問題,提出了建立成本管理系統(tǒng)的必要性,使得企業(yè)成本總體可控、可比較分析,以滿足當(dāng)前越來越迫切的需要,同時,采用面向?qū)ο蟮拈_發(fā)方法,對成本管理系統(tǒng)的需求進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,包括成本計劃管理、計劃執(zhí)行管理、成本核算管理、人員管理、組織機(jī)構(gòu)管理、產(chǎn)品管理等七大功能模塊,還對系統(tǒng)各部分的需求做了具體分析。 在以上分析研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計,首先對系統(tǒng)功能進(jìn)行了總體設(shè)計,然后在此基礎(chǔ)上通過uML工具使用包圖、類圖以及序列圖等建模方法對系統(tǒng)功能模塊進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計分析,并對系統(tǒng)使用的數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計；最后總結(jié)了本文的主要工作,并對本文的不足提出了研究計劃。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology in the field of enterprise cost management, it not only reduces the cost burden and management cost, but also improves the efficiency and quality of cost management. The early cost management model based on artificial management is gradually eliminated and replaced by the cost management concept based on information technology. This paper first analyzes the background of the cost management system design, the significance of the research and the current research situation at home and abroad, and then analyzes the current situation and the main problems of the Shanghai Inano Company. The necessity of establishing cost management system is put forward to make the enterprise cost controllable and comparative analysis, so as to meet the more and more urgent needs at present. At the same time, the object-oriented development method is adopted. The requirements of the cost management system are analyzed in detail, including seven functional modules, including cost planning management, plan execution management, cost accounting management, personnel management, organizational management, product management, etc. The requirements of each part of the system are also analyzed in detail. On the basis of the above analysis and research, the system is designed in this paper. Firstly, the system function is designed as a whole, and then the package diagram is used through uML tools. The modeling methods such as class diagram and sequence diagram are used to design and analyze the system function module in detail, and the database structure used in the system is designed. Finally, the main work of this paper is summarized, and the research plan of this paper is put forward.
