朔州至準(zhǔn)格爾鐵路綜合電氣化工程項(xiàng)目管理應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代工程項(xiàng)目是一個(gè)復(fù)雜且開放的動(dòng)態(tài)系統(tǒng),其規(guī)模大、參與方多、技術(shù)要求高、干擾因素多、計(jì)劃實(shí)施難度大的問(wèn)題是我們考慮的主要問(wèn)題。綜合電氣化工程項(xiàng)目管理有三個(gè)主要目,它們分別是工期短、質(zhì)量好和投資少。文章以朔州至準(zhǔn)格爾鐵路綜合電氣化工程的項(xiàng)目過(guò)程為主線,結(jié)合相應(yīng)的項(xiàng)目管理方法,例如約束理論,全面質(zhì)量管理理論,關(guān)鍵線路,甘特圖等,依次對(duì)其進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,并針對(duì)質(zhì)量,安全,成本等方面,具體進(jìn)行分析,提出應(yīng)對(duì)措施。建立組織結(jié)構(gòu),質(zhì)量,安全等的保證體系,使用單代號(hào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)路和甘特圖找出關(guān)鍵路徑,為類似工程項(xiàng)目提供借鑒和依據(jù)。 全文共分5個(gè)部分,第1章是緒論,主要闡述論文研究背景,研究意義,論文來(lái)源,課題創(chuàng)新性,研究主要內(nèi)容及目標(biāo)。同時(shí)還闡述了研究狀況及主要理論,主要講述項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理,質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)研究演化過(guò)程,以及文章所涉及的方法論,例如約束理論,全面質(zhì)量管理理論,甘特圖,關(guān)鍵線路等具體運(yùn)用方法。第2章是朔州至準(zhǔn)格爾鐵路綜合電氣化工程概況,具體分析工程概況,主要工程量和工程特點(diǎn),同時(shí)還闡述了項(xiàng)目組織框架結(jié)構(gòu),為項(xiàng)目管理奠定了基礎(chǔ)。第3、4、5章是朔州至準(zhǔn)格爾鐵路綜合電氣化工程項(xiàng)目管理的重點(diǎn),從進(jìn)度管理、質(zhì)量管理、成本管理等三方面具體闡述,分析進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,找出合理關(guān)鍵線路,制作甘特圖,對(duì)質(zhì)量、安全相關(guān)進(jìn)行具體分析,建立質(zhì)量保證的有效體系,進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目管理,并給出實(shí)際操作過(guò)程中的保證措施。
[Abstract]:Modern engineering project is a complex and open dynamic system with large scale, many participants, high technical requirements, many interference factors, and the difficulty of planning implementation is the main problem we consider. There are three main items in project management of integrated electrification engineering, which are short construction period, good quality and less investment. This paper takes the project process of Shuozhou-Zhunger Railway Integrated electrification Project as the main line, combines the corresponding project management methods, such as constraint theory, total quality management theory, key line, Gantt chart, etc., and plans its schedule in turn. And the quality, safety, cost and other aspects, specific analysis, put forward countermeasures. Set up the guarantee system of organization structure, quality, safety and so on, use single code name network path and Gantt chart to find out the key path, and provide reference and basis for similar engineering project. This paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly describes the research background, research significance, the source of the paper, the innovation of the subject, the main contents and objectives of the research. At the same time, it expounds the research situation and main theories, mainly describes the project schedule management, the related research evolution process of quality management, and the methodology involved in the article, such as constraint theory, total quality management theory, Gantt chart, etc. Key lines and other specific application methods. The second chapter is the general situation of Shuozhou-Zhunger Railway Integrated electrification Project. It analyzes the general situation of the project, the main engineering quantity and the characteristics of the project. At the same time, it expounds the structure of the project organization frame, which lays the foundation for the project management. Chapter 3, 4 and 5 is the key point of the project management of Shuozhou to Zhunger Railway Integrated electrification Project. It is expounded in detail from three aspects of schedule management, quality management and cost management, analyzes the progress plan, finds out the reasonable key route, and makes the Gantt chart. The quality and safety are analyzed, the effective system of quality assurance is set up, the project management is carried out, and the guarantee measures in practice are given.
