變電工程全壽命周期設(shè)計(jì)新技術(shù)研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in our country, the construction of electric power facilities is advancing continuously. As an important industry of the country, electric power enterprises have been realizing the maximization of economic and social income. At present, the project cost management model introduced in China's electric power industry can not realize the goal of maximizing the cost and income of electric power enterprises. The whole life cycle cost (Life Cycle Cost,LCC) management is based on the object of project life cycle, through the cost control of project decision, design, construction, operation and maintenance, etc. It is a kind of goal management method that realizes the life cycle cost minimization. It has three main characteristics: full cost, whole system, whole process. This paper firstly analyzes the concept of life-cycle cost management and the history of the decision-making method of power transformation engineering, and at the same time expounds the research situation at home and abroad, taking the whole life cycle as the angle of view, the investment decision of the transformation project in our country. The existing problems and the causes are analyzed. A series of concepts, such as life-cycle cost management, are put forward to apply to the main points of management in each stage of investment decision of substation project and the relevant decision methods based on the concept of life-cycle cost management. In order to optimize the original substation project investment decision-making work. In this paper, an application method of selecting main transformer and maintenance strategy of transformer based on life cycle cost theory is put forward. The optimization method of main transformer based on the life-cycle cost theory is based on the analysis of the economic load rate of the recovery cost of the main transformer, and the selection process of the capacity and the number of the main transformer is put forward. The selection direction of the main transformer capacity and the number of stations is reprogrammed to simplify the whole phase of the work. The content of this paper can be used for reference in analyzing the application of life cycle cost in substation engineering.
