【摘要】：工時分配管理是企業(yè)成本管理和生產管理的重要環(huán)節(jié),信息化的工時分配管理可以為企業(yè)帶來非常巨大的經濟效益。目前,各種類型的企業(yè)對工時分配管理都有著一定的市場需求,其共同目標都是加強企業(yè)成本的監(jiān)督和控制,實現(xiàn)對企業(yè)生產經營活動的精細化、動態(tài)化管理,提高企業(yè)整體生產效率。工時分配管理系統(tǒng)為企業(yè)提供一個網絡化、程序化的業(yè)務操作臺。 本文完成的主要工作包括： (1)對工時分配管理系統(tǒng)的國內外研究現(xiàn)狀進行了分析和研究,介紹了該系統(tǒng)的體系架構、關鍵技術和業(yè)務模式；通過市場調研,對比分析了目前市場上幾種工時管理產品優(yōu)缺點,提出了面向服務體系架構工時分配管理系統(tǒng)的設計思想； (2)對工時分配管理系統(tǒng)進行了需求分析,給出了系統(tǒng)的設計目標和功能需求,并以此為依據設計了系統(tǒng)的整體架構和工作流程,在此基礎上詳細設計并實現(xiàn)了工時分配管理系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)包括個人管理、工時分解、工時填報、工時結算、系統(tǒng)管理、部門查詢等功能； (3)對系統(tǒng)實際應用環(huán)境進行了描述,展示了系統(tǒng)實際應用效果,對系統(tǒng)的各項功能進行了測試。 本論文設計并實現(xiàn)了“基于SOA的工時分配管理系統(tǒng)”,該系統(tǒng)采用SOA架構進行部署,優(yōu)化了工作流程和任務分解,系統(tǒng)操作簡單、貼近工作實際,具有良好工程實用性。該系統(tǒng)為解決企業(yè)工時分配管理的有效性、科學性提供了技術手段,并為以后系統(tǒng)升級和綜合集成打下了良好基礎。
[Abstract]:The management of man-hour distribution is an important link of enterprise cost management and production management. The information management of man-hour distribution can bring great economic benefits to enterprises. At present, all kinds of enterprises have a certain market demand for man-hour distribution management, and their common goal is to strengthen the supervision and control of enterprise cost, to realize the fine and dynamic management of enterprise production and management activities. Improve the overall production efficiency of the enterprise. The man-hour distribution management system provides a networked and programmed operation platform for the enterprise. The main works of this paper are as follows: (1) the present research situation of man-hour distribution management system at home and abroad is analyzed and studied, and the architecture, key technology and business model of the system are introduced. This paper compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several man-hour management products in the market at present, and puts forward the design idea of the man-hour distribution management system based on the service-oriented architecture. (2) the requirements of the man-hour distribution management system are analyzed. The design objectives and functional requirements of the system are given. Based on this, the overall structure and workflow of the system are designed. On this basis, the man-hour distribution management system is designed and implemented in detail. The system includes personal management, man-hour decomposition, and so on. Such functions as man-hour report, man-hour settlement, system management, department inquiry, etc. (3) the actual application environment of the system is described, the practical application effect of the system is shown, and the functions of the system are tested. This paper designs and implements the "man-hour distribution management system based on SOA". The system uses SOA architecture to deploy, optimizes the workflow and task decomposition, the system is simple, close to the actual work, and has good engineering practicability. The system provides technical means for solving the effectiveness and scientific nature of the management of man-hour distribution in enterprises, and lays a good foundation for system upgrading and comprehensive integration in the future.
