【摘要】：石化行業(yè)是國(guó)家工業(yè)體系的重要組成部分。隨著石油化學(xué)工業(yè)的發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的安全管理方式與操作手段已經(jīng)無(wú)法滿足高速發(fā)展的工業(yè)管理變革的需求。適時(shí)地引入安全管理信息系統(tǒng),通過(guò)科學(xué)地運(yùn)用信息化手段來(lái)保證企業(yè)安全管理的集中掌控和執(zhí)行,從而提高安全管理效率,是企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)的必然趨勢(shì)。 本文以石化企業(yè)安全管理信息系統(tǒng)實(shí)施的相關(guān)理論和項(xiàng)目管理項(xiàng)目理論為基礎(chǔ),分析石化企業(yè)安全管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)施的各個(gè)階段的管理重點(diǎn),運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目的范圍管理、進(jìn)度管理、成本管理和質(zhì)量管理等方法和工具對(duì)石化企業(yè)安全管理信息系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施各階段進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)地描述和分析。本文以A公司安全管理信息系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施為背景,詳細(xì)闡述了實(shí)施過(guò)程的管理和控制,提出了企業(yè)在實(shí)現(xiàn)安全管理信息系統(tǒng)實(shí)施的難點(diǎn)和重點(diǎn),并提出了相應(yīng)的建議及對(duì)策。最后對(duì)全文進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與展望。
[Abstract]:Petrochemical industry is an important part of national industrial system. With the development of petrochemical industry, the traditional safety management methods and operation methods can not meet the needs of the rapid development of industrial management reform. It is the inevitable trend of enterprise safety production to introduce safety management information system in time and ensure the centralized control and execution of enterprise safety management by means of scientific application of information technology so as to improve the efficiency of safety management. Based on the relevant theory of safety management information system and project management project theory of petrochemical enterprises, this paper analyzes the management emphases of each stage of the implementation of safety management system in petrochemical enterprises, and applies the scope management and schedule management of the project. The methods and tools of cost management and quality management are used to describe and analyze the implementation stages of safety management information system in petrochemical enterprises. Based on the implementation of the safety management information system of company A, this paper expounds the management and control of the implementation process in detail, puts forward the difficulties and emphases in the implementation of the safety management information system in the enterprise, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures. Finally, the paper summarizes and prospects the full text.
