【摘要】：我國(guó)核電項(xiàng)目日益增多，核電設(shè)備制造企業(yè)也迅速發(fā)展，因而核電項(xiàng)目管理的重要性也逐漸顯現(xiàn)出來(lái)。采購(gòu)管理作為項(xiàng)目管理的關(guān)鍵組成部分，對(duì)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量、成本以及工期等方面起著十分重要的作用，這就要求核電制造企業(yè)不斷改進(jìn)和完善項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)管理工作，以確保項(xiàng)目物資按質(zhì)、按時(shí)供應(yīng)。 本文以S公司海陽(yáng)核電項(xiàng)目為研究對(duì)象，通過(guò)理論聯(lián)系實(shí)踐對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的采購(gòu)管理進(jìn)行分析研究。首先介紹論文的寫作背景、目的和意義論文的創(chuàng)新之處；其次概述了該項(xiàng)目的整體概況。 確立了該項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)管理特點(diǎn)，并對(duì)該項(xiàng)目物資采購(gòu)存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了介紹；再次結(jié)合目前存在的問(wèn)題，從采購(gòu)機(jī)制的實(shí)施，，集中采購(gòu)的建立，建立一個(gè)可行的投標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制三個(gè)方面改進(jìn)成本管理；結(jié)合公司的項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)，運(yùn)用分析層次過(guò)程法建立了供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)系統(tǒng)，并求解獲得了影響核電項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)指標(biāo)因素重要性系數(shù)，為S公司加強(qiáng)采購(gòu)管理提供決策依據(jù)；最后，通過(guò)對(duì)該項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的識(shí)別、評(píng)估得出采購(gòu)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的規(guī)避及對(duì)策，從而達(dá)到提高海陽(yáng)核電項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)管理水平，完善采購(gòu)管理措施的目的。
[Abstract]:With the increasing number of nuclear power projects in China and the rapid development of nuclear power equipment manufacturing enterprises, the importance of nuclear power project management is gradually emerging. As a key component of project management, procurement management plays a very important role in the quality, cost and duration of the project, which requires nuclear power manufacturing enterprises to improve and improve the project procurement management. To ensure that the project supplies on time and quality. This paper takes Haiyang Nuclear Power Project of S Company as the research object and analyzes the purchasing management of the project through the combination of theory and practice. Firstly, it introduces the background, purpose and significance of the thesis, and then summarizes the overall situation of the project. The characteristics of procurement management of the project are established, and the problems existing in the procurement of goods and materials of the project are introduced. Again, according to the existing problems, from the implementation of the procurement mechanism, the establishment of centralized procurement, Establishing a feasible bidding evaluation mechanism to improve cost management, combining the project purchasing of the company, using the analytic hierarchy process method to establish the supplier evaluation index system, The importance coefficient of the factors influencing the purchasing index of nuclear power project is obtained, which provides the decision basis for S company to strengthen the procurement management. Finally, through the identification of the procurement risk of the project, the circumvention of the procurement risk and the countermeasures are obtained.
