【摘要】：目前醫(yī)院的成本管理,主要著力在醫(yī)院內部,忽視了許多外部因素的影響。醫(yī)院價值鏈管理的主要目的是將價值的決定因素融入到日常管理中,從而降低成本消耗。本文從價值鏈的視角,分析醫(yī)院成本管理的現(xiàn)狀,分析價值鏈的構成,探討如何將價值鏈模式應用到醫(yī)院的成本管理上。
[Abstract]:At present, the cost management of the hospital mainly focuses on the hospital interior, neglecting the influence of many external factors. The main purpose of hospital value chain management is to integrate the determinants of value into daily management so as to reduce cost consumption. From the perspective of value chain, this paper analyzes the current situation of hospital cost management, analyzes the composition of value chain, and discusses how to apply the value chain model to hospital cost management.
