【摘要】：本篇文章針對工業(yè)企業(yè)的成本控制與財務(wù)監(jiān)督機制一題展開了較為深入的研究,同時結(jié)合筆者的自身經(jīng)驗總結(jié)出了幾點可行性較高的應(yīng)用措施,其中包括正確認(rèn)識工業(yè)企業(yè)成本控制工作的重要性、加大對工業(yè)企業(yè)成本管理的工作力度、對企業(yè)員工日常的節(jié)約行為展開檢查、定期對企業(yè)的收支情況展開監(jiān)督以及針對企業(yè)的資產(chǎn)展開實施監(jiān)督等等,以期能夠?qū)ξ覈I(yè)企業(yè)成本控制水平的提高帶來一些具有參考性的意見。
[Abstract]:This article has carried on the thorough research to the industrial enterprise's cost control and the financial supervision mechanism, at the same time combined with the author's own experience has summarized several feasible higher application measures, These include correctly recognizing the importance of cost control in industrial enterprises, strengthening the work of cost management in industrial enterprises, and carrying out inspections on the daily saving behavior of employees. In order to improve the level of cost control of industrial enterprises in our country, we can bring some reference opinions on the supervision of the income and expenditure of enterprises and the implementation of supervision on the assets of enterprises on a regular basis.
