唐鋼冷軋MES系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:唐鋼MES系統(tǒng)是在認真吸取國內(nèi)外鋼鐵企業(yè)先進的經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)之上,結(jié)合唐鋼的實際情況,建立起來的一套生產(chǎn)制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)包括生產(chǎn)、物流、質(zhì)量、軋輥、庫存等管理內(nèi)容,滿足了唐鋼ERP系統(tǒng)要求,并為運輸、計質(zhì)量、熱軋MES等系統(tǒng)提供支撐。通過該系統(tǒng)的實施,提升了唐鋼冷軋廠的生產(chǎn)流程效率,提高了生產(chǎn)執(zhí)行率,同時規(guī)范了質(zhì)量管理,建立了一套有效的技術(shù)規(guī)范體系,保證了冷軋廠的精細化生產(chǎn)要求。 本文是在唐鋼冷軋廠進行企業(yè)整體信息化的背景下,在對企業(yè)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀研究和系統(tǒng)需求進行深入分析的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細研究了唐鋼冷軋MES系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)。 首先,分析了企業(yè)建設(shè)MES的目的和意義,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外MES的發(fā)展情況,對系統(tǒng)實施范圍進行了界定。 其次,對MES的技術(shù)進行了研究,尤其是對鋼鐵行業(yè)MES的發(fā)展及其技術(shù)特點進行了分析概述。在此基礎(chǔ)上,,分析和對比了MES的技術(shù)特點,并對計劃編制、動態(tài)調(diào)度、實時處理、技術(shù)規(guī)范、全程質(zhì)量、動態(tài)跟蹤等領(lǐng)域的特點進行了描述。 再次,根據(jù)系統(tǒng)實施原則,對系統(tǒng)進行了需求分析。描述了從接收原料至鋼卷發(fā)貨,集高級排程、訂單管理、生產(chǎn)控制、全廠物流跟蹤、質(zhì)量管理、實際收集、成本管理、報工管理及相關(guān)報表查詢等于一體的先進的廠級生產(chǎn)信息管理系統(tǒng)的需求。并對系統(tǒng)主機、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、數(shù)據(jù)庫等需求進行了描述。 最后,在需求分析的基礎(chǔ)之上,進行模塊功能劃分和詳細設(shè)計,闡述了系統(tǒng)中生產(chǎn)計劃、質(zhì)量管理、物料跟蹤、庫管理、發(fā)貨管理、軋輥管理、成本管理、設(shè)備管理等方面的設(shè)計并對每一個功能模塊做了功能敘述、流程介紹、操作介紹。
[Abstract]:The mes system of Tangshan Iron and Steel Co. Ltd is a set of production and manufacturing execution system based on absorbing the advanced experience of domestic and foreign iron and steel enterprises and combining with the actual situation of Tangshan Iron and Steel Co. The system includes production, logistics, quality, roll, inventory and other management contents. It meets the requirements of ERP system of Tangshan Iron and Steel Company, and provides support for transportation, quality calculation, hot rolling mes and so on. Through the implementation of the system, the production process efficiency of the cold rolling mill of Tangshan Iron and Steel Company is improved, the production execution rate is improved, the quality management is standardized, an effective technical specification system is established, and the fine production requirements of the cold rolling mill are ensured. In this paper, based on the research of the production status and the system requirement of the whole enterprise, the design and implementation of the mes system of the cold rolling mill in Tangshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd are studied in detail. Firstly, the purpose and significance of enterprise building mes are analyzed, and the scope of system implementation is defined according to the development of mes at home and abroad. Secondly, the technology of mes is studied, especially the development and technical characteristics of mes in iron and steel industry are summarized. On this basis, the technical characteristics of mes are analyzed and compared, and the characteristics of planning, dynamic scheduling, real-time processing, technical specification, whole process quality and dynamic tracking are described. Thirdly, according to the principles of system implementation, the requirements of the system are analyzed. Described from receiving raw materials to steel coil delivery, set advanced scheduling, order management, production control, plant logistics tracking, quality management, actual collection, cost management, Report management and related report inquiry are equal to the requirements of advanced factory level production information management system. And the system host, network, database and other requirements are described. Finally, on the basis of requirement analysis, the module function division and detailed design are carried out, and the production planning, quality management, material tracking, warehouse management, shipping management, roll management, cost management in the system are expounded. Equipment management and other aspects of the design and each functional module to do a functional description, process introduction, operational introduction.
