【摘要】：油田企業(yè)單井鉆井成本信息化管理是以單井為基本管理對象,將鉆井開發(fā)的過程控制作為管理核心,以計算機信息科學技術(shù)為支撐,集單井鉆井成本的預算、核算、決策、分析、考核、控制為一體的閉環(huán)管理模式。單井鉆井成本信息管理系統(tǒng)可以幫助油田企業(yè)管理者更加清晰的掌握鉆井油氣生產(chǎn)過程中每口井的基本運行情況,明確不同效益區(qū)間的單井效益分布,顯著提升經(jīng)營管理水平。中原油田單井鉆井成本信息管理系統(tǒng)就單井鉆井成本管理過程中的所有業(yè)務信息進行行之有效的梳理和多維分析,為中原油田經(jīng)濟效益最大化提供管理決策的數(shù)據(jù)和量化依據(jù),讓實現(xiàn)中原油田生產(chǎn)成本精細化管理成為可能,能夠有力的推動中原油田由“生產(chǎn)型油田”向“經(jīng)營型油田”的轉(zhuǎn)變,對中原油田各鉆井部門提高決策水平、最終實現(xiàn)降本增效目標具有重要作用。 論文對中原油田單井鉆井成本信息管理系統(tǒng)建設(shè)進行了具體研究。首先對中原油田單井鉆井成本信息管理系統(tǒng)需求價值及影響因素進行了分析,包括系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的環(huán)境分析,需求價值定位及關(guān)鍵需求、內(nèi)外部影響因素；其次對中原油田鉆井單井成本信息管理系統(tǒng)建設(shè)計劃及主要內(nèi)容進行了探索,包括項目建設(shè)的目的和任務、項目建設(shè)的組織架構(gòu)和職責分工、項目建設(shè)各種計劃及與系統(tǒng)相關(guān)的主要建設(shè)內(nèi)容；最后對中原油田鉆井單井成本信息管理系統(tǒng)建設(shè)過程管理進行了研究,包括項目建設(shè)階段、基于中原油田總體業(yè)務的主要功能模塊、項目建設(shè)過程測試及試運行,項目建設(shè)過程風險分析與對策。
[Abstract]:The information management of single well drilling cost in oil field enterprises takes single well as the basic management object, takes the process control of drilling development as the management core, takes computer information science and technology as the support, gathers the single well drilling cost budget, the accounting, the decision. Analysis, assessment, control as one of the closed-loop management model. Single well drilling cost information management system can help oil field enterprise managers to grasp the basic operation of each well in the process of drilling oil and gas production, determine the distribution of single well benefit in different benefit areas, and significantly improve the management level. The single well drilling cost information management system of Zhongyuan Oilfield makes effective combing and multidimensional analysis of all the business information in the process of single well drilling cost management, and provides the management decision data and quantitative basis for maximizing the economic benefit of Zhongyuan Oilfield. To make it possible to realize fine management of production costs in Zhongyuan Oilfield, to promote the transformation of Zhongyuan Oilfield from "productive oil field" to "profit-oriented oil field", and to improve the level of decision-making for drilling departments in Zhongyuan Oilfield. It is important to achieve the goal of reducing cost and increasing efficiency. This paper studies the construction of single well drilling cost information management system in Zhongyuan Oilfield. Firstly, the demand value and influencing factors of single well drilling cost information management system in Zhongyuan Oilfield are analyzed, including environment analysis of system construction, orientation of demand value and key demand, internal and external influence factors. Secondly, the paper probes into the construction plan and main contents of the cost information management system for single well drilling in Zhongyuan Oilfield, including the purpose and task of the project construction, the organizational structure and the division of duties and responsibilities of the project construction. Various project construction plans and main construction contents related to the system. Finally, the construction process management of single well cost information management system in Zhongyuan Oilfield is studied, including the construction stage of the project. Based on the main function modules of the overall business of Zhongyuan Oilfield, the project construction process test and trial operation, project construction process risk analysis and countermeasures.
