【摘要】:隨著國家對于節(jié)能減排的重視程度與日俱增,高油價時代的到來和航空業(yè)競爭的加劇,航空公司的運行成本的壓力進一步增大,需要通過業(yè)務(wù)和信息化戰(zhàn)略手段優(yōu)化公司成本結(jié)構(gòu),以達到精細化成本管理的目標,F(xiàn)有QAR系統(tǒng)完整地記錄了整個飛行過程的各種重要數(shù)據(jù),是航空公司一項重要的數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)。依據(jù)QAR建立統(tǒng)一數(shù)據(jù)共享服務(wù)平臺,實現(xiàn)運行成本和數(shù)據(jù)的多維度管理,已成為航空公司面臨挑戰(zhàn)和把握機遇的重要手段與迫切需要。 通過對川航目前的實際情況和業(yè)務(wù)需求進行調(diào)查分析及研究,本文設(shè)計并開發(fā)了“飛行數(shù)據(jù)(節(jié)油)管理系統(tǒng)”。該系統(tǒng)通過建立飛行數(shù)據(jù)平臺,充分收集利用QAR數(shù)據(jù)資源,將QAR與FOC航班信息匹配,從而使QAR、航班動態(tài)、飛行計劃等數(shù)據(jù)有機的集成起來,為精確飛行計劃監(jiān)控和飛行性能分析提供了基本管理和數(shù)據(jù)依據(jù)。基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的引入,使系統(tǒng)邊界清晰準確,提升數(shù)據(jù)利用程度和能力,,滿足了系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)的應(yīng)用需要。在數(shù)據(jù)平臺的基礎(chǔ)之上,建設(shè)多種業(yè)務(wù)子系統(tǒng),包括APM性能監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、飛行情報分析系統(tǒng)和節(jié)油獎懲系統(tǒng)。業(yè)務(wù)子系統(tǒng)通過底層提供的平臺和數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù),進行業(yè)務(wù)模型關(guān)聯(lián)性構(gòu)建,同現(xiàn)有信息化系統(tǒng)進行集成,以松耦合、高內(nèi)聚的方式整體性的為飛行計劃精確監(jiān)控提供信息化支撐服務(wù)。UI層提供數(shù)據(jù)展現(xiàn),通過統(tǒng)計報表、統(tǒng)計圖形、趨勢曲線和二維圖形展現(xiàn)等方式,最直觀和準確的為分析、評估、統(tǒng)計提供輔助決策能力。 在系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)過程中,引入SOA設(shè)計理念,完成系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)和功能模塊劃分,使系統(tǒng)具有良好的松散耦合性,以提高模塊的重用性和系統(tǒng)的可擴展性。采用ORACLE數(shù)據(jù)庫,處理QAR海量數(shù)據(jù),更好的為系統(tǒng)服務(wù)。利用二維圖形引擎Map2D,使系統(tǒng)能夠從多個緯度進行數(shù)據(jù)的展現(xiàn),實現(xiàn)高效的分析和評估工作。以.Net Framework為開發(fā)平臺,采用PowerBuilder開發(fā)工具,使用C#開發(fā)語言。代碼采用了目前主流的面向?qū)ο蟮脑O(shè)計方法和多種設(shè)計模式。目前該系統(tǒng)已投入運行,并取得顯著效果,每年為公司創(chuàng)造至少200萬元的經(jīng)濟效益。
[Abstract]:With the increasing emphasis on energy conservation and emission reduction, the arrival of the era of high oil prices and the intensification of competition in the aviation industry, the pressure on the operating costs of airlines has further increased. It is necessary to optimize the cost structure of the company by means of business and information strategy to achieve the goal of fine cost management. The existing QAR system records all kinds of important data in the whole flight process and is an important data asset for airlines. Based on QAR, a unified data sharing service platform is established to realize multi-dimensional management of running cost and data. It has become an important means and urgent need for airlines to face challenges and seize opportunities. Through the investigation and analysis of the actual situation and business demand of Sichuan Airlines, this paper designs and develops the Flight data (fuel Saving) Management system. Through the establishment of flight data platform, the system fully collects and utilizes QAR data resources, matches QAR and FOC flight information, so that the QAR, flight dynamics, flight plan and other data can be integrated organically. It provides basic management and data basis for precise flight plan monitoring and flight performance analysis. The introduction of basic data makes the system boundary clear and accurate, improves the degree and ability of data utilization, and meets the application needs of system foundation. Based on the data platform, a variety of business subsystems are built, including APM performance monitoring system, flight information analysis system and fuel saving reward and punishment system. Through the platform and data service provided by the bottom layer, the business subsystem constructs the business model relevance, integrates with the existing information system, and loosely coupling, The highly cohesive way provides the information support service for the flight plan precise monitoring. UI layer provides the data display, through the statistical report, the statistical graph, the trend curve and the two-dimensional graph display and so on, most intuitively and accurately for the analysis, In the process of system design and implementation, SOA design concept is introduced to complete the system architecture and functional module division, so that the system has a good loose coupling. In order to improve the reusability of the module and the scalability of the system. Oracle database is used to deal with the massive data of QAR and serve the system better. Using Map2D, a two-dimensional graphics engine, the system can display data from multiple latitudes and realize efficient analysis and evaluation. Using. Net Framework as the development platform, using PowerBuilder development tools, using C # development language. The code adopts the current mainstream object-oriented design method and a variety of design patterns. At present, the system has been put into operation, and has achieved remarkable results, creating at least 2 million yuan of economic benefits for the company every year.
