【摘要】：【目的】實證分析貿(mào)易成本對我國糧食進口需求函數(shù)短期及長期的影響,從貿(mào)易成本角度為我國糧食安全、糧食生產(chǎn)及糧食對外貿(mào)易等提供理論借鑒�！痉椒ā吭隈R歇爾需求函數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上加入貿(mào)易成本因素,構(gòu)建我國糧食進口需求函數(shù),并基于1993~2015年糧食進口數(shù)據(jù),對傳統(tǒng)進口需求函數(shù)和加入貿(mào)易成本變量的進口需求函數(shù)進行實證分析�！窘Y(jié)果】我國糧食進口需求對收入、相對價格和貿(mào)易成本均具有長期和短期協(xié)整關(guān)系。從長期來看,貿(mào)易成本對我國大豆進口需求的影響變化較大,而對小麥、玉米和大米的進口需求影響較小;從短期來看,貿(mào)易成本對我國各類糧食進口需求的影響程度較大,尤其是對玉米和大豆的進口需求影響尤為顯著�！窘ㄗh】處理好糧食進口與國家糧食安全的關(guān)系;降低糧食生產(chǎn)成本,更好地滿足國內(nèi)糧食需求;實施糧食進口多元化策略,分散糧食進口集中度;降低貿(mào)易成本,更好地利用國際糧食市場,以滿足國內(nèi)糧食供需缺口。
[Abstract]:[objective] to analyze the impact of trade cost on the demand function of grain import in China in the short and long term. [methods] based on Marshall's demand function, this paper introduces the trade cost factor to construct the grain import demand function of our country, and based on the grain import data from 1993 to 2015, it provides theoretical reference for grain production and grain foreign trade. This paper analyzes the traditional import demand function and the import demand function with the variable of trade cost. [results] China's grain import demand has long-term and short-term cointegration relationship to income, relative price and trade cost. In the long run, the impact of trade costs on China's soybean import demand is greater than on wheat, corn and rice import demand. In the short run, trade costs have a greater impact on China's import demand for all kinds of grain. In particular, the impact on the import demand of corn and soybeans is particularly significant. [recommendations] deal well with the relationship between grain imports and national food security; reduce the cost of grain production and better meet domestic food demand; and implement a strategy of diversification of grain imports. Dispersing grain import concentration, reducing trade cost and making better use of international grain market to meet the gap of domestic grain supply and demand.
