HJ公司煉油成本核算改進(jìn)的對(duì)策研究

【摘要】：成本管理是增強(qiáng)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,提升企業(yè)價(jià)值的永恒主題。隨著國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)增速放緩,煉油企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力劇增,在此背景下,HJ公司大力推行精益成本管理,改進(jìn)成本核算模式。本文介紹了企業(yè)成本核算現(xiàn)狀,分析了煉油裝置系數(shù)法在應(yīng)用中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,并針對(duì)存在不足,根據(jù)"分鏈?zhǔn)?成本管理等理論提出改進(jìn)對(duì)策,希望對(duì)HJ公司改進(jìn)煉油成本核算起到一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Cost management is the eternal theme to enhance the core competitiveness and enhance the value of enterprises. With the slowdown of national economic growth and the sharp increase of competitive pressure in oil refining enterprises, HJ Company vigorously promotes lean cost management and improves the cost accounting model under this background. This paper introduces the current situation of enterprise cost accounting, analyzes the problems in the application of refinery unit coefficient method, and puts forward some improvement countermeasures according to the theory of "split chain" cost management. Hope to improve refining cost accounting HJ play a certain reference role.
