【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,近些年來我國(guó)汽車工業(yè)進(jìn)入了一個(gè)較為快速的發(fā)展階段。一方面,汽車工業(yè)的快速發(fā)展推動(dòng)著普通居民生活質(zhì)量的提高;另一方面,居民生活水平的提高又反過來促進(jìn)汽車工業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,使汽車,尤其是家用轎車不再是以往的奢侈品,而逐漸成為生活中的必須品走入了普通居民的生活。國(guó)內(nèi)外汽車廠商如雨后春筍般在市場(chǎng)中崛起,紛紛搶灘登陸,力爭(zhēng)在中國(guó)市場(chǎng)中取得一席之地。市場(chǎng)繁榮的同時(shí),其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì)也是空前的激烈。廠商紛紛推出的各種高配低價(jià)的車型力求占領(lǐng)消費(fèi)者的眼球,以實(shí)現(xiàn)自身銷售量提升的目的。在這樣激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的市場(chǎng)格局之下,作為汽車廠商不僅要在營(yíng)銷中苦下功夫,同時(shí)也應(yīng)在內(nèi)部管理上苦修內(nèi)功,成本控制成為其實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)部管理優(yōu)化的關(guān)鍵。正是在這樣的時(shí)代背景下,作為中國(guó)汽車工業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)的一汽大眾汽車有限公司正面臨著如何平衡質(zhì)量和成本的嚴(yán)峻考驗(yàn)。本研究以一汽大眾焊接車間的成本控制問題作為研究對(duì)象。通過理論回顧和現(xiàn)狀研究共取得以下研究結(jié)論:首先,在分析和整理相關(guān)理論研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,為本研究構(gòu)建較為扎實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ);其次,在成本控制的核算方法、發(fā)展目標(biāo)等角度來分析一汽大眾焊接車間在成本控制存在的研究問題。再次,從材料控制和人員控制的角度來分析一汽大眾焊接車間在成本控制問題上的具體解決策略;最后,對(duì)解決策略的順利實(shí)施提出具有針對(duì)性的保障措施。本研究同時(shí)具有如下研究意義:首先,本文通過對(duì)一汽大眾焊接車間成本控制策略問題的研究,能夠充分的降低一汽大眾焊接車間的生產(chǎn)成本,提升整車的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。為一汽大眾的未來發(fā)展提供較為重要的理性思考,故而具有極強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。其次,本文通過對(duì)一汽大眾焊接車間成本控制策略問題的研究,以求提出具有針對(duì)性的成本控制提升和優(yōu)化策略,并根據(jù)優(yōu)化策略適時(shí)的提出與之相對(duì)應(yīng)的保障措施。明確一汽大眾焊接車間在成本控制領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展目標(biāo),從而為提升管理效率,創(chuàng)建一汽大眾良好的品牌形象具有非常重要的幫助。同時(shí)也對(duì)提升一汽大眾在消費(fèi)者心目中的品牌地位也具有非常積極的意義。最后,通過使用成本優(yōu)化和成本核算等一系列理論分析,從物料和人員兩個(gè)角度對(duì)一汽大眾焊接車間的成本控制問題進(jìn)行理論探索,能夠有效的彌補(bǔ)相關(guān)理論在對(duì)象和方法上的不足,并能夠?yàn)橐黄蟊娖渌麡I(yè)務(wù),以及其他相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)提供建設(shè)性的發(fā)展思路。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy, the automobile industry in China has entered a relatively rapid development stage in recent years. On the one hand, the rapid development of the automobile industry has promoted the improvement of the quality of life of the ordinary residents; on the other hand, the improvement of the living standard of the residents, in turn, promotes the further development of the automobile industry and makes the car, especially the household sedan chair. Cars are no longer the luxury of the past, but gradually become the necessary products of life into the life of ordinary residents. The domestic and foreign auto makers have sprung up in the market and landed in the market, striving to gain a place in the Chinese market. While the market is prosperous, the competition situation is also unprecedented. In this fiercely competitive market pattern, as a car manufacturer not only has to work hard in the marketing, but also the internal management, the cost control system is the key to its internal management optimization. Under this background, the FAW FAW-Volkswagen Automobile Co, which is the leading automobile industry in China, is facing a severe test of how to balance the quality and cost. This study takes the cost control of the FAW Volkswagen welding workshop as the research object. On the basis of the analysis and collation of relevant theoretical research results, a more solid theoretical foundation is built for this study. Secondly, the research problems of the cost control in the welding workshop of the FAW Volkswagen are analyzed in terms of cost control accounting methods and development goals. Again, from the perspective of material control and personnel control, the Volkswagen welding is analyzed. At the same time, this study has the following research significance: firstly, this paper can fully reduce the FAW Volkswagen welding workshop through the research on the cost control strategy of the FAW Volkswagen welding workshop. In order to provide more important rational thinking for the future development of the FAW Volkswagen, it is of great practical significance. Secondly, through the research on the cost control strategy of the FAW Volkswagen welding workshop, this paper puts forward the strategy of raising and optimizing the cost control with the needle pair. In order to improve the management efficiency and create a good brand image of the FAW Volkswagen, it is very important to make clear the development goals of the Volkswagen welding workshop in the field of cost control, and also to improve the brand status of the Volkswagen in the mind of the consumers. At last, through the use of a series of theoretical analyses, such as cost optimization and cost accounting, the theoretical exploration of the cost control of the FAW Volkswagen welding workshop is carried out from two aspects of material and personnel. It can effectively compensate for the lack of relevant theories in the object and method, and can be used for the other business of the FAW Volkswagen, and His related industries provide a constructive idea of development.
