【摘要】：在改革開放的近30年里,航空運輸?shù)玫娇焖侔l(fā)展,目前中國的航空旅客運輸量已經(jīng)名列世界第2名,各項運輸指標均位居前列。飛機作為空中交通工具和運載旅客及貨物的載體,具有制造成本高,使用壽命長,流動性高,結構復雜,維修狀況對其價值影響極大等一系列的特點。巨額的購買價格以及更新周期較短的特點,使航空公司對資金的需求大量增加,我國民航機隊規(guī)模快速擴張,引起資產(chǎn)負債率等財務指標大幅上升,飛機的引進方式對航空公司至關重要,不合理的飛機引進方式為制約各公司發(fā)展的最大障礙。 我國民航飛機引進方式主要有三種,分別是：貸款購買、融資租賃、經(jīng)營租賃。航空公司需要根據(jù)實際情況,選擇適合自身的引進方式,但引進方式是受諸多因素制約的。因此,深入的研究分析各項制約因素,對航空公司在飛機引進時做出正確的決策具有重要意義。 在這樣的形勢與背景下,本文針對國內航空公司所面臨資金短缺對發(fā)展的制約及成本高企問題,通過財務成本管理理論和租賃相關理論,從飛機自身的角度入手進行分析,對影響飛機引進方式選擇的飛機自身因素進行歸納和分析。 本文在研究過程中將采用理論研究和實證研究相結合的方法,通過對國外己有理論和研究成果進行借鑒,結合國內飛機引進的實際情況,采集了中國國際航空公司目前在冊的機隊引進方式的實證數(shù)據(jù),運用回歸分析法和財務管理的相關理論和方法,對數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計及分析,構建了租賃影響因素分析的實證模型,并對數(shù)據(jù)進行了詳細的描述性統(tǒng)計分析以及多元回歸分析,并對實證結果進行了探討,提出了針對中國各航空公司引進飛機方式的政策建議,力求在不同條件下運用最優(yōu)的飛機引進方式。
[Abstract]:In the past 30 years of reform and opening up, air transport has developed rapidly. At present, China's air passenger traffic has ranked second in the world, and all transportation indexes are among the top. As an air vehicle and carrier carrying passengers and cargo, aircraft has a series of characteristics such as high manufacturing cost, long service life, high mobility, complex structure and great influence of maintenance condition on its value. The huge purchase price and the characteristics of short renewal period make the demand for capital of the airlines increase greatly, and the scale of the civil aviation team in our country expands rapidly, which causes the financial index such as the ratio of assets and liabilities to rise substantially. The introduction of aircraft is of great importance to airlines, and the unreasonable way of introducing aircraft is the biggest obstacle to the development of the companies. There are three main ways to introduce civil aviation aircraft in China, which are loan purchase, financing lease and operating lease. According to the actual situation, airlines need to choose their own mode of introduction, but the way of introduction is restricted by many factors. Therefore, it is of great significance for airlines to make correct decisions when introducing aircraft. In such a situation and background, this paper analyzes the financial cost management theory and leasing related theory from the perspective of the aircraft itself, aiming at the development constraints and high cost problems faced by domestic airlines. This paper sums up and analyzes the factors that affect the selection of the airplane's introduction mode. In the course of the research, this paper will adopt the method of combining the theoretical research with the empirical research, through the reference to the foreign theories and research results, combined with the actual situation of the domestic aircraft import. This paper collects the empirical data of the imported air fleet of China International Airlines, uses the regression analysis method and the relevant theories and methods of financial management, makes statistics and analysis of the data, and constructs an empirical model for the analysis of the factors affecting the lease. The paper also makes a detailed descriptive statistical analysis and multivariate regression analysis of the data, discusses the empirical results, and puts forward some policy recommendations for the introduction of aircraft by Chinese airlines. Try to use the optimal aircraft introduction method under different conditions.
