【摘要】：醫(yī)院數(shù)據(jù)分析與考核核算體系使醫(yī)院管理者高效地獲取各項醫(yī)院指標數(shù)據(jù)并對醫(yī)院進行科學(xué)地管理。醫(yī)院數(shù)據(jù)分析與考核核算體系充分利用現(xiàn)有醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)的海量數(shù)據(jù),能監(jiān)控醫(yī)院的醫(yī)療質(zhì)量,根據(jù)歷史數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)測醫(yī)院未來的發(fā)展目標。本文基于決策支持系統(tǒng)框架理論,對面向醫(yī)院的數(shù)據(jù)分析與決策進行深入研究。本文在認真分析醫(yī)院數(shù)據(jù)分析與考核核算需求的基礎(chǔ)上,提出基于數(shù)據(jù)倉庫、OLAP技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)的醫(yī)院決策系統(tǒng)的總體框架結(jié)構(gòu),確定系統(tǒng)各模塊的主題域,構(gòu)建醫(yī)院數(shù)據(jù)分析的數(shù)據(jù)倉庫,并研究數(shù)據(jù)倉庫的建模過程,及OLAP技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘方法在本系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用。本文研究了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的技術(shù)體系結(jié)構(gòu),將系統(tǒng)功能劃分為五個模塊,詳細闡述其中業(yè)績考核和成本管理兩個模塊的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn),并討論系統(tǒng)開發(fā)過程中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。最后介紹系統(tǒng)在寶雞某醫(yī)院的實際應(yīng)用情況和項目實施過程中遇到的問題。本文所設(shè)計的系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在醫(yī)院投入使用并且運行效果良好。系統(tǒng)中的各類統(tǒng)計分析方法便于用戶挖掘數(shù)據(jù)潛在的有用信息,數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計的可視化展示利于用戶理解不同數(shù)據(jù)間的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系。醫(yī)院數(shù)據(jù)分析與決策系統(tǒng)建立起以信息管理為核心手段的醫(yī)院科學(xué)決策管理模式。
[Abstract]:Hospital data analysis and examination accounting system enables hospital managers to efficiently obtain hospital index data and scientifically manage hospitals. The hospital data analysis and examination accounting system can make full use of the massive data of the existing hospital information system to monitor the medical quality of the hospital and predict the future development goal of the hospital according to the historical data. Based on the theory of decision support system (DSS), this paper makes a deep research on hospital-oriented data analysis and decision-making. On the basis of analyzing the demand of hospital data analysis and examination accounting, this paper puts forward the overall frame structure of hospital decision system based on data warehouse OLAP technology and data mining technology, and determines the subject domain of each module of the system. The data warehouse of hospital data analysis is constructed, and the modeling process of data warehouse is studied, and the application of OLAP technology and data mining method in this system is also studied. In this paper, the technical architecture of system development is studied, the system function is divided into five modules, the design and implementation of the two modules of performance appraisal and cost management are described in detail, and the key technologies in the process of system development are discussed. Finally, the practical application of the system in a hospital in Baoji and the problems encountered in the implementation of the project are introduced. The system designed in this paper has been put into use in hospital and has a good effect. All kinds of statistical analysis methods in the system are convenient for users to mine potential useful information of data, and visual display of data statistics is helpful for users to understand the relationship between different data. The hospital data analysis and decision-making system has established the hospital scientific decision management mode with the information management as the core means.
