【摘要】：本文詳細(xì)論述了煤礦企業(yè)精細(xì)管理概念,以及目前煤礦采用增產(chǎn)增效管理模式的特點(diǎn)和模型結(jié)構(gòu),以及集團(tuán)化煤礦企業(yè)在開發(fā)和應(yīng)用精細(xì)化管理系統(tǒng)的情況。論文特別分析了現(xiàn)在煤礦在該領(lǐng)域存在的問題,并提出了解決問題的對策和方法。在分析集團(tuán)化煤礦企業(yè)日常精細(xì)化管理的方法的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了煤礦企業(yè)精細(xì)化管理系統(tǒng)的需求分析,確定了煤礦企業(yè)精細(xì)化管理系統(tǒng)的研究目標(biāo)和要求運(yùn)行的環(huán)境。本人參加了神華集團(tuán)清水營煤礦精細(xì)化管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)工作,并負(fù)責(zé)了該系統(tǒng)總體框架和結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計、軟件設(shè)計,并對軟件進(jìn)行了測試。該軟件在清水營煤礦已投用。論文根據(jù)對煤礦企業(yè)用戶的需求分析,改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化精細(xì)化系統(tǒng)的功能結(jié)構(gòu)。通過對集團(tuán)化煤礦企業(yè)日常運(yùn)行管理的研究,緊抓煤礦精細(xì)管理的特點(diǎn),將其管理模式作為研究對象進(jìn)行深入分析,結(jié)合精細(xì)化管理的實際需求,通過采用系統(tǒng)開發(fā)工具,成功的研究了一個煤礦企業(yè)精細(xì)化管理系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)能夠在煤礦企業(yè)得到具體的應(yīng)用。為了更好的解決煤礦企業(yè)成本管理、人資管理、材料管理、工資管理、設(shè)備管理、安全管理六個方面的系統(tǒng)化管理問題,軟件系統(tǒng)有機(jī)的形成了一個體系,將以上各管理系統(tǒng)功能進(jìn)行設(shè)計,形成了一個較可靠的新系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses in detail the concept of fine management in coal mining enterprises, the characteristics and model structure of the management mode of increasing production and increasing efficiency in coal mines at present, and the development and application of fine management system in collectivized coal mining enterprises. The paper analyses the problems existing in the field of coal mine, and puts forward the countermeasures and methods to solve the problems. On the basis of analyzing the methods of daily fine management of coal mine enterprises, the requirement analysis of fine management system of coal mine enterprises is carried out, and the research goal and running environment of fine management system of coal mine enterprises are determined. I participated in the development of the fine management system of Shenhua Group Qingying Coal Mine, and was responsible for the design of the overall framework and structure of the system, the database design, the software design, and the software testing. The software has been put into use in Qingying Coal Mine. According to the demand analysis of coal mine enterprise, the paper improves and optimizes the function structure of fine system. Through the study of the daily operation management of the group coal mine enterprises, the characteristics of the fine management of the coal mine are grasped, the management mode is analyzed as the research object, and combined with the actual demand of the fine management, the system development tools are adopted. A fine management system of coal mine enterprise is studied successfully, which can be applied in coal mine enterprise. In order to better solve the problems of systematic management in six aspects of coal mine enterprise cost management, human capital management, material management, wage management, equipment management and safety management, the software system has formed an organic system. The above functions of the management system are designed to form a more reliable new system.
