【摘要】：電力變壓器作為電力系統(tǒng)最重要的一次設(shè)備，其能否長(zhǎng)期安全、可靠、經(jīng)濟(jì)地運(yùn)行對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)至為重要，并且其更換時(shí)間的選擇也在一定程度上決定了電力變壓器在整個(gè)壽命周期內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。盲目更換還能繼續(xù)運(yùn)行的電力變壓器會(huì)給電力公司帶來(lái)不必要的損失，繼續(xù)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)較差的電力變壓器又有可能發(fā)生嚴(yán)重的事故，為了避免上述情況的發(fā)生，有必要對(duì)電力變壓器的壽命進(jìn)行有效評(píng)估。電力變壓器服役時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)、運(yùn)行環(huán)境復(fù)雜多變，使得其壽命評(píng)估參數(shù)往往同時(shí)具有隨機(jī)、模糊、灰色、未確知等多重不確定性，針對(duì)評(píng)估參數(shù)多重不確定性的影響，本文引入盲數(shù)理論，研究多重不確定性影響下的電力變壓器壽命評(píng)估問(wèn)題。 首先，從健康運(yùn)行的角度，對(duì)電力變壓器的壽命進(jìn)行評(píng)估。根據(jù)電力變壓器的基本構(gòu)成和相關(guān)規(guī)程，選取一些易于測(cè)量且能有效反映電力變壓器健康狀態(tài)的特征量作為評(píng)估指標(biāo)，建立電力變壓器三層狀態(tài)評(píng)估體系。針對(duì)評(píng)估參數(shù)多種不確定性共存或交叉存在的特征，引入盲數(shù)理論，利用盲數(shù)表達(dá)評(píng)估參數(shù)的不確定性，提出一種新的健康指數(shù)確定方法，建立了基于綜合健康指數(shù)的電力變壓器剩余壽命評(píng)估新模型。該評(píng)估模型不但能準(zhǔn)確給出電力變壓器的健康狀況以及所屬的狀態(tài)等級(jí)，，而且能給出剩余壽命期望值、剩余壽命區(qū)間及其對(duì)應(yīng)的可信度和繼續(xù)運(yùn)行年數(shù)超過(guò)某一年的可能性大小，為電力變壓器剩余壽命的評(píng)估提供理論依據(jù)。 其次，從經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的角度，對(duì)電力變壓器的壽命進(jìn)行評(píng)估。根據(jù)全壽命周期成本管理理論，構(gòu)建電力變壓器全壽命周期成本模型，并對(duì)各成本及供電收入模型進(jìn)行不確定性分析，建立了基于盲數(shù)理論的電力變壓器經(jīng)濟(jì)壽命評(píng)估模型。該評(píng)估模型不僅能給出經(jīng)濟(jì)壽命期望值，而且能給出不同年份更換時(shí)的可信度大小以及不同可信度下的經(jīng)濟(jì)壽命區(qū)間，為實(shí)現(xiàn)電力變壓器經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的最大化提夠依據(jù)。 最后，結(jié)合河北省電力公司壽命評(píng)估的具體實(shí)例，驗(yàn)證本文所提出的電力變壓器壽命評(píng)估方法的可行性和有效性。由于該方法考慮了電力變壓器多重不確定性共存或交叉存在的影響，且具有一定的理論基礎(chǔ)，因此其實(shí)用價(jià)值較高。
[Abstract]:As one of the most important primary equipment of power system , the power transformer can safely , reliably and economically operate the power system in a long time . It also determines the economic benefit of the power transformer in the whole life cycle . In order to avoid the occurrence of the above situation , it is necessary to effectively evaluate the service life of the power transformer . In order to avoid the occurrence of the above situation , it is necessary to effectively evaluate the service life of the power transformer . In order to avoid the multiple uncertainties such as random , fuzzy , gray and unascertained power transformer , this paper introduces the blind number theory to study the problem of the life assessment of the power transformer under the influence of multiple uncertainties .

First , from the angle of health operation , the service life of the power transformer is evaluated . According to the basic structure and relevant regulations of the power transformer , the three - layer state evaluation system of the power transformer is established .

Secondly , from the angle of economic operation , the life of the power transformer is evaluated . According to the theory of total life cycle cost management , the whole life cycle cost model of the power transformer is constructed , and the uncertainty analysis of each cost and power supply revenue model is carried out . The economic life assessment model of the power transformer based on the blind number theory is established .

Finally , according to the concrete example of the life evaluation of electric power company in Hebei Province , the feasibility and effectiveness of the method for evaluating the service life of power transformer are verified .
