【摘要】：根據(jù)保障房項目的建設(shè)特點,對其規(guī)劃設(shè)計階段的成本管理策略進(jìn)行研究。以煙臺錦繡新園保障房項目規(guī)劃設(shè)計階段的成本管理為分析對象,從規(guī)劃方案、施工圖設(shè)計、建材選擇、車位配置等方面闡述規(guī)劃設(shè)計階段成本管理的策略及其保障措施,以引導(dǎo)保障房開發(fā)企業(yè)建立有效的成本控制與管理機制,提高項目的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益。
[Abstract]:According to the construction characteristics of indemnificatory apartment project, the cost management strategy of its planning and design stage is studied. In order to guide indemnificatory apartment to establish an effective cost control and management mechanism and to improve the economic and social benefits of the project, the strategies and safeguards of cost management in the planning and design stage are expounded in the aspects of building materials selection, parking space allocation and so on, in order to guide indemnificatory apartment to establish an effective cost control and management mechanism.
