基于加工精度的數(shù)控設(shè)備質(zhì)量與成本調(diào)控研究

【摘要】:在當(dāng)前這個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化與社會(huì)高速發(fā)展的時(shí)代,企業(yè)所關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)依舊是質(zhì)量與成本的問(wèn)題。對(duì)于數(shù)控設(shè)備制造企業(yè)的管理者來(lái)說(shuō),如何調(diào)整好企業(yè)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量與成本的關(guān)系,以及如何對(duì)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量與成本進(jìn)行調(diào)控,使其能夠在質(zhì)量指標(biāo)達(dá)到最優(yōu)時(shí)成本消耗最低已成為數(shù)控設(shè)備制造企業(yè)的首要任務(wù),這對(duì)加強(qiáng)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力非常重要。 根據(jù)質(zhì)量與成本的相關(guān)理論,本文首先分別提出質(zhì)量的內(nèi)涵與成本的內(nèi)涵,以及數(shù)控設(shè)備質(zhì)量與成本的構(gòu)成;其次,在研究數(shù)控設(shè)備產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)市場(chǎng)調(diào)查分析數(shù)控設(shè)備的市場(chǎng)需求,尋找能滿足絕大多數(shù)客戶需求的數(shù)控設(shè)備加工精度。然后,在滿足加工精度要求的前提下分析數(shù)控設(shè)備質(zhì)量與成本的關(guān)系。數(shù)控設(shè)備的選件屬于組合優(yōu)化問(wèn)題,因此本文用組合優(yōu)化數(shù)學(xué)方法研究數(shù)控設(shè)備質(zhì)量與成本的關(guān)系。根據(jù)概率分析算法與粒子群算法的各自特點(diǎn)及基本原理,在研究數(shù)控設(shè)備質(zhì)量與成本的優(yōu)化模型上采用概率分析算法與粒子群算法相結(jié)合的算法,,得到使成本與質(zhì)量較優(yōu)的數(shù)控部件組合,進(jìn)而得到較優(yōu)的質(zhì)量與較低的成本。最后,以某數(shù)控設(shè)備制造企業(yè)為例對(duì)質(zhì)量與成本的優(yōu)化模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。 本文旨在數(shù)控設(shè)備制造中發(fā)現(xiàn)以成本控制為導(dǎo)向的傳統(tǒng)質(zhì)量與成本管理方式的缺陷,尋找最優(yōu)質(zhì)量及與其相對(duì)應(yīng)的最低成本,從而提高企業(yè)贏取市場(chǎng)份額的綜合能力。
[Abstract]:In the current era of economic globalization and rapid social development, the focus of enterprises is still on quality and cost. For the managers of NC equipment manufacturing enterprises, how to adjust the relationship between product quality and cost, And how to adjust and control the quality and cost of products so that the lowest cost consumption can reach the optimal quality index has become the primary task of NC equipment manufacturing enterprises which is very important to strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises. According to the theory of quality and cost, this paper firstly puts forward the connotation of quality and cost, and the composition of quality and cost of CNC equipment. Secondly, on the basis of studying the present situation of CNC equipment industry, Through the market investigation and analysis of the market demand of CNC equipment, to find the NC equipment processing accuracy that can meet the needs of the vast majority of customers. Then, Under the premise of satisfying the requirement of machining precision, the relationship between the quality and cost of NC equipment is analyzed. The selection of NC equipment is a combinatorial optimization problem. Therefore, the relationship between quality and cost of numerical control equipment is studied by combinatorial optimization method. According to the characteristics and basic principles of probability analysis algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm, The combination of probability analysis algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to study the optimization model of quality and cost of NC equipment. The combination of NC parts with better cost and quality is obtained, and the better quality and lower cost are obtained. A numerical control equipment manufacturing enterprise is taken as an example to study the optimization model of quality and cost. The purpose of this paper is to find out the defects of traditional quality and cost management based on cost control in NC equipment manufacturing, to find the best quality and the lowest cost corresponding to it, so as to improve the comprehensive ability of enterprises to win market share.
