【摘要】：為規(guī)范企業(yè)安全生產行為,以知信行(KAP)理論和安全管理學相關理論為基礎,構建預期事故損失認知、安全態(tài)度與企業(yè)安全生產行為關系的理論模型,深入分析損失認知、安全態(tài)度對企業(yè)安全生產行為的影響機制;并通過33個題項867份有效問卷收集數(shù)據(jù),采用因子分析和結構方程模型(SEM)驗證以上理論模型。結果表明:預期事故損失、安全態(tài)度分別對企業(yè)安全生產行為產生顯著的直接正向影響;預期事故損失與安全態(tài)度顯著正相關;預期間接損失認知與安全態(tài)度在對企業(yè)安全生產行為作用過程中存在著顯著的正交互效應。因此,通過提高企業(yè)決策者對預期事故損失的認知水平和安全態(tài)度來規(guī)范企業(yè)安全生產行為,是提升企業(yè)安全生產績效的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:In order to standardize the safe production behavior of enterprises, based on the theory of KAP and the related theories of safety management, this paper constructs a theoretical model of the relationship among the expected accident loss, safety attitude and enterprise safety production behavior, and analyzes the loss cognition deeply. The influence mechanism of safety attitude on enterprise safety production behavior, and the data collection through 867 valid questionnaires of 33 items, factor analysis and structural equation model (SEM) are used to verify the above theoretical model. The results show that: expected accident loss, Safety attitude has a significant direct positive impact on the safety behavior of enterprises, and the expected accident loss is significantly positively correlated with the safety attitude. There is significant positive interaction between perceived indirect loss and safety attitude in the process of enterprise safety behavior. It is an effective way to improve the performance of enterprise safety production by improving the cognition level and safety attitude of the decision maker to the expected accident loss to standardize the safe production behavior of the enterprise.
