【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟和信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,軟件企業(yè)的數(shù)量約來越多,軟件產(chǎn)品的種類約來越豐富,軟件開發(fā)項目的管理受到了越來越多的管理者的重視,項目管理理論也被運用到軟件開發(fā)項目的管理中來。項目進度管理與項目成本管理和項目質(zhì)量管理是項目管理的“三要素”,尤其是項目進度管理在項目管理中起著關(guān)鍵作用。本文的目的就是通過運用項目管理中進度管理的相關(guān)理論和方法,對北方大學資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)項目的進度計劃進行優(yōu)化設(shè)計,對項目執(zhí)行過程中可能產(chǎn)生的一些影響項目進度的因素提出保障措施,保證項目可以在北方大學要求的工期內(nèi)完成,也為以后類似的項目提供參考依據(jù)�；谝陨系难芯勘尘�,本文主要是以關(guān)鍵路徑法、工期估算法、甘特圖法等方法對北方大學資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)項目的項目進度進行了研究。首先對項目的概況進行了介紹,包括項目的組織結(jié)構(gòu),人員構(gòu)成,項目要實現(xiàn)的功能,項目的模塊組成等等。其次對項目的范圍進行規(guī)劃,運用WBS工具進行工作結(jié)構(gòu)的分解,根究專家評估法等方法進行工期估算。在前期研究的基礎(chǔ)上制定了項目的進度計劃,但是進度計劃與北方大學的要求存在差異,第一步找出造成度計劃偏差的原因,再利用合理的方法變更進度計劃。本文主要使用的方法為資源優(yōu)化法和工期優(yōu)化法,在前期工作的基礎(chǔ)上重新規(guī)劃項目的關(guān)鍵路徑,重新估算項目的期望工期,在關(guān)鍵路徑和期望工期的基礎(chǔ)上重新制定項目進度計劃,新制定的計劃符合北方大學的進度要求。最后為了保證項目能夠在預(yù)定的期限內(nèi)完成,按照進度計劃順利執(zhí)行。必須根據(jù)項目的特點制定項目進度計劃的控制措施和保障方案。一方面可以控制項目的進度,一方面保障項目在出現(xiàn)進度問題時可以快速解決。項目范圍管理和項目的工期估算都是編制項目進度計劃的前提。關(guān)鍵路徑法是編制項目進度計劃的常用方法。項目進度控制是保證項目進度計劃順利實施的有力工具。本文采用理論和實踐相結(jié)合的方法,將專業(yè)的項目管理理論應(yīng)用到軟件開發(fā)項目的進度計劃設(shè)計中來,總結(jié)出軟件開發(fā)項目的項目進度的優(yōu)化方法,可以為同類項目提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and information technology, the number of software enterprises is more and more, the variety of software products is more and more abundant, and the management of software development project is paid more and more attention by managers. Project schedule management, project cost management and project quality management are the "three elements" of project management, especially project schedule management. The purpose of this paper is to use the relevant theories and methods of schedule management in project management. This paper optimizes the design of the schedule of the asset management system project of the Northern University, and puts forward some safeguard measures to the factors that may affect the progress of the project during the execution of the project, so as to ensure that the project can be completed within the time limit required by the Northern University. It also provides reference for similar projects in the future. Based on the above research background, this paper mainly uses the critical path method, the method of estimating the duration of the project, The Gantu method and other methods are used to study the project progress of the asset management system project of Northern University. Firstly, the general situation of the project is introduced, including the organization structure of the project, the composition of the personnel, the functions to be realized by the project, Secondly, the scope of the project is planned, the work structure is decomposed with WBS tools, and the time limit is estimated by expert evaluation method. The progress plan of the project is established on the basis of the previous research. The first step is to find out the cause of the deviation of degree plan, and then change the schedule plan with reasonable methods. The main methods used in this paper are resource optimization method and duration optimization method. On the basis of previous work, the critical path of the project is replanned, the expected duration of the project is reestimated, and the project schedule is reformulated on the basis of the critical path and the expected duration. The new plan meets the schedule requirements of Northern University. Finally, in order to ensure that the project can be completed within the scheduled time frame, According to the progress plan, the control measures and guarantee scheme of the project schedule must be made according to the characteristics of the project. On the one hand, the progress of the project can be controlled. On the one hand, it ensures that the project can be solved quickly when the progress problem occurs. Both the project scope management and the project duration estimation are the prerequisites for the preparation of the project schedule plan. The critical path method is the common method for the preparation of the project schedule plan. Project schedule control is a powerful tool to ensure the smooth implementation of project schedule. The professional project management theory is applied to the schedule design of the software development project, and the optimization method of the software development project schedule is summarized, which can provide reference for the similar project.
