【摘要】：隨著保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,保險(xiǎn)理賠案件也日趨增加,一些不法分子趁保險(xiǎn)公司理賠管理體系尚未完善的階段,勾結(jié)保險(xiǎn)公司內(nèi)部人員,或者伙同理賠案件相關(guān)的人員通過虛構(gòu)事實(shí),故意制造保險(xiǎn)事故、擴(kuò)大損失等方式進(jìn)行保險(xiǎn)詐騙活動(dòng),給保險(xiǎn)公司帶來巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。保險(xiǎn)公司在防范內(nèi)部和外部的虛假騙賠的理賠監(jiān)察體系建設(shè)上雖然領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層非常重視,但還存在職責(zé)不清,人、財(cái)、物投入不足,流程不順暢等問題,嚴(yán)重制約了打假防騙工作的開展,盡快的探索出一套符合中華財(cái)險(xiǎn)遼寧分公司實(shí)際情況的理賠監(jiān)察體系勢(shì)在必行。本文從計(jì)劃、組織、協(xié)調(diào)、控制的基本原理入手,本著低成本、高產(chǎn)出的原則,以較低的成本投入,合理配置資源,減少在流程和崗位等方面的不必要消耗,節(jié)省成本。正確處理各環(huán)節(jié)之間的矛盾,對(duì)理賠全流程的監(jiān)控,促進(jìn)虛假騙賠案件的查處力度,擴(kuò)大成果。維護(hù)公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)成果。借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外理賠監(jiān)察體系的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)和模式,分析中華財(cái)險(xiǎn)遼寧分公司理賠監(jiān)察體系的優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足,建立我公司的理賠監(jiān)察體系,為行業(yè)理賠監(jiān)察體系建設(shè)提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)和建議。本論文根據(jù)中華財(cái)險(xiǎn)遼寧分公司的實(shí)際需要,在項(xiàng)目管理理論的指導(dǎo)下,通過案例、文獻(xiàn)資料參考、借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外公司經(jīng)驗(yàn),針對(duì)項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃、成本控制、實(shí)施方案及保障等方面展開研究,主要內(nèi)容如下:首先具體敘述理賠監(jiān)察體系的研究背景和意義,結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)和理論基礎(chǔ)闡述研究思路和方法,通過敘述中華財(cái)險(xiǎn)遼寧分公司理賠監(jiān)察體系運(yùn)行的現(xiàn)狀與問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上深入探討中華財(cái)險(xiǎn)遼寧分公司理賠監(jiān)察體系的改進(jìn)方案設(shè)計(jì),同時(shí)制定推進(jìn)理賠監(jiān)察體系改進(jìn)的實(shí)施保障�？傊�,通過理論指導(dǎo)和實(shí)踐研究,優(yōu)化中華財(cái)險(xiǎn)遼寧公司理賠監(jiān)察體系,為系統(tǒng)內(nèi)和行業(yè)在該領(lǐng)域的研究打下基礎(chǔ)和積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the insurance industry, insurance claims cases are also increasing, some criminals collude the insurance company internal personnel while the insurance company claims management system is not yet perfect. Or the personnel related to the settlement of compensation cases through fictitious facts, intentionally create insurance accidents, expand losses and other ways to carry out insurance fraud activities. Insurance companies to bring huge economic losses. Insurance companies in the prevention of internal and external false claims settlement supervision system construction although the leadership attaches great importance, but there are still unclear responsibilities, people, wealth. Lack of material input, flow is not smooth and other problems, seriously restricted the work of anti-fraud development. As soon as possible to explore a set of Chinese property insurance Liaoning Branch in line with the actual situation of claims monitoring system is imperative. This paper from the planning, organization, coordination, control of the basic principles, in line with the low cost, high output principle. With lower cost input, reasonable allocation of resources, reduce unnecessary consumption in process and position, save costs, correctly handle the contradictions between the various links, and monitor the whole process of claims. To promote the investigation and treatment of false compensation cases, expand the results, maintain the company's business results, and learn from the management experience and model of the domestic and foreign claims supervision system. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the compensation supervision system of Liaoning Branch of China property Insurance Company, and establishes the compensation supervision system of our company. According to the actual needs of China property Insurance Liaoning Branch, under the guidance of the project management theory, through the case, literature reference. Draw lessons from the experience of domestic and foreign companies, the project planning, cost control, implementation plan and security and other aspects of the study, the main content is as follows: first of all, the specific description of the research background and significance of claims monitoring system. Based on the literature and theoretical basis, this paper expounds the research ideas and methods, and describes the current situation and problems in the operation of the compensation supervision system of Liaoning Branch of China property Insurance Company. On this basis, it deeply discusses the improvement scheme design of the compensation supervision system of Liaoning Branch of China property Insurance Company, and formulates the implementation guarantee to promote the improvement of claims supervision system. In short, through theoretical guidance and practical research. Optimize China property insurance Liaoning company claim supervision system, lay the foundation and accumulate experience for the system and industry research in this field.
