【摘要】：精益管理作為一種成功的管理模式早就已經(jīng)被世人所認可了，自從其上世紀(jì)90年代提出，到現(xiàn)在已二十多年了，其對人類社會發(fā)展的貢獻，尤其是對制造業(yè)的貢獻和對現(xiàn)代管理思維的影響是巨大的。截止現(xiàn)在，無論是國內(nèi)還是國外，學(xué)術(shù)界對精益管理已經(jīng)有了大量的研究，，但所有的研究大多只專注于生產(chǎn)過程上，而關(guān)于精益管理模式下成本管理的研究卻少之又少。這就使得精益管理的模式顯得局限，對于精益管理模式的推行有一定阻礙，因此，本文對于精益管理模式下的成本研究就意義重大。 在市場競爭愈來愈激烈的現(xiàn)今社會，無論是國企還是私企，無論是普通制造業(yè)還是物流運輸?shù)姆⻊?wù)行業(yè)，甚至是有壟斷地理優(yōu)勢的港口行業(yè)，都感受到了強烈的生存發(fā)展的壓力。因此，控制好企業(yè)內(nèi)部的成本，對于企業(yè)發(fā)展意義重大。 本文將選取精益運營模式的視角來對T港口的裝卸成本管理進行研究。通過T港口的例子來探討精益運營模式在港口裝卸成本管理的可行性。同時探究作業(yè)成本法在裝卸成本管理的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Lean management as a successful management model has long been recognized by the world, since it was proposed in -10s, it has been more than 20 years, its contribution to the development of human society. In particular, the contribution to the manufacturing industry and the impact on modern management thinking is enormous. Up to now, whether at home or abroad, the academic community has a lot of research on lean management. However, most of the research only focus on the production process, but there are few researches on the cost management under the Lean Management Model, which makes the Lean Management Model appear to be limited. There are some obstacles to the implementation of lean management mode, therefore, this paper is of great significance to the cost research in lean management mode. In the society where the market competition is more and more intense, no matter state-owned enterprises or private enterprises, no matter the general manufacturing industry, logistics and transportation service industry, or even the port industry with monopoly geographical advantages. Therefore, controlling the internal cost of the enterprise is of great significance to the development of the enterprise. This paper will choose the lean operation mode to study the loading and unloading cost management of the T port, and explore the feasibility of the lean operation mode in the port loading and unloading cost management through the example of the T port. At the same time, the paper probes into the feasibility of the operation mode in the port loading and unloading cost management. Application of this method in handling cost management.
