【摘要】：新賽股份公司于2004年在上海證券交易所首發(fā)上市，主要從事農(nóng)作物種植、加工、銷售及農(nóng)業(yè)高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品的研究及開(kāi)發(fā)。隨著業(yè)務(wù)的不斷擴(kuò)展，，公司主要業(yè)務(wù)由農(nóng)業(yè)向工業(yè)化轉(zhuǎn)型。公司已形成“一主兩翼，向優(yōu)勢(shì)資源轉(zhuǎn)換”的戰(zhàn)略模式，即以棉花產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展作為主要的行業(yè)，在行業(yè)中發(fā)揮主導(dǎo)作用；以油脂行業(yè)為一翼，凸顯品牌效應(yīng)的特點(diǎn)；以棉紡產(chǎn)業(yè)為一翼，發(fā)揮棉花產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈延伸的影響；優(yōu)勢(shì)資源轉(zhuǎn)換——以礦產(chǎn)和清潔能源建設(shè)，作為優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)和衍生發(fā)展的突破。 新賽股份公司是一家非常具有潛力的公司，在進(jìn)入新疆市場(chǎng)之后就馬上占據(jù)了較高的市場(chǎng)占有率。但是在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)殘酷的情況下，新賽股份公司如何能夠在市場(chǎng)上占有不敗之地，如何長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)持久的發(fā)展是非常值得我們探討的。針對(duì)這個(gè)問(wèn)題筆者結(jié)合新賽股份公司相關(guān)信息，從該公司的盈利能力方向著手研究，對(duì)該公司目前的盈利能力財(cái)務(wù)狀況進(jìn)行解析，筆者通過(guò)分析得出：就新賽股份公司目前的財(cái)務(wù)狀況而言，其盈利能力較弱，年報(bào)數(shù)據(jù)顯示近三年均不同程度出現(xiàn)虧損狀態(tài)。 筆者通過(guò)對(duì)新賽股份公司其他影響盈利能力的因素來(lái)分析，找出新賽股份公司在政策影響方面、市場(chǎng)定位、成本控制、人力資源管理能力、新賽股份公司盈利能力面臨的瓶頸和該公司的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力中所存在的問(wèn)題，筆者通過(guò)分析得出：新賽股份公司經(jīng)營(yíng)能力較弱，在經(jīng)營(yíng)方面存在較多需要解決的問(wèn)題，所以，本文針對(duì)這一系列問(wèn)題提出了政策建議、明確市場(chǎng)定位、加強(qiáng)成本管理、提升人力資源管理能力、行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)等建議，對(duì)該公司盈利能力的提高和公司的發(fā)展尤為重要。
[Abstract]:Xinsai Co., Ltd. was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2004, mainly engaged in crop planting, processing, marketing and agricultural high-tech products research and development. With the continuous expansion of business. The main business of the company has been transformed from agriculture to industrialization. The company has formed a strategic model of "one main body and two wings, to the advantage of resources", that is, taking the development of cotton industry as the main industry and playing a leading role in the industry; Take the oil industry as one wing, highlight the characteristics of brand effect; Take cotton spinning industry as one wing, give play to the influence of cotton industry chain extension; Superior resources conversion-mineral and clean energy construction, as a breakthrough in the development of superior industries and derivatives. Xinsai stock company is a very potential company, immediately after entering the market in Xinjiang occupied a higher market share, but in the market competition cruel circumstances. How the Xinsai stock company can occupy an invincible position in the market and how to develop in the long run is very worthy of our discussion. In view of this problem the author combines the relevant information of Xinsai stock company. From the direction of the profitability of the company to begin to study, the current profitability of the financial situation of the company were analyzed, the author concluded that: on the current financial situation of Xinsai stock company, its profitability is relatively weak. Annual report data show that the last three years in varying degrees of loss state. Through the analysis of other factors that affect the profitability of Xinsai Stock Company, the author finds out the policy impact, market positioning, cost control and human resource management ability of Xinsai Joint-stock Company. Xinsai Joint-stock company faced the bottleneck of profitability and the problems in the competitiveness of the company. Through the analysis, the author concludes that the operating ability of Xinsai Joint-stock Company is weak. There are many problems to be solved in the aspect of management. Therefore, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to solve these problems, such as clear market position, strengthen cost management, and improve human resource management ability. The suggestions of industry competition pattern and development trend are particularly important for the improvement of profitability and the development of the company.
