【摘要】：鋼鐵行業(yè)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)和支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),其重要程度滲透著國(guó)家的每一個(gè)領(lǐng)域。但隨著科技的進(jìn)步和社會(huì)的發(fā)展,中國(guó)的鋼鐵企業(yè)面臨著國(guó)際與國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。為在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的市場(chǎng)中尋得立足之地,鋼鐵企業(yè)必須尋找新的發(fā)展道路。技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是企業(yè)生存發(fā)展,獲取競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的根本,而技術(shù)改造是我國(guó)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的基本途徑。對(duì)寧波鋼鐵公司來(lái)說(shuō),無(wú)論是從行業(yè)發(fā)展的形式看,還是從企業(yè)自身特點(diǎn)出發(fā),選擇以技術(shù)創(chuàng)新為核心的技術(shù)改造之路是企業(yè)提高自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的必然途徑。本文從寧波鋼鐵公司技術(shù)改造實(shí)踐出發(fā),以現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理理論為指導(dǎo),通過(guò)對(duì)焦炭自動(dòng)化取樣系統(tǒng)技改項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行效果進(jìn)行分析,指出項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的種種問(wèn)題,并結(jié)合分析結(jié)果及項(xiàng)目管理的有關(guān)知識(shí)對(duì)煤炭自動(dòng)化取樣技改項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),從而有效的進(jìn)行煤炭項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)改造項(xiàng)目管理。文章從構(gòu)筑科學(xué)的技術(shù)改造管理組織結(jié)構(gòu),搭建有效的技術(shù)改造信息管理系統(tǒng),嚴(yán)格控制項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度,加強(qiáng)成本管理、質(zhì)量管理、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理等幾個(gè)方面加以探討,希望能以此促進(jìn)寧波鋼鐵公司煤炭自動(dòng)化取制樣技術(shù)改造項(xiàng)目的有效進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:Iron and steel industry is the basic industry and pillar industry of the national economy, its important degree permeates every field of the country, but with the progress of science and technology and the development of society. The iron and steel enterprises in China are facing the fierce competition between the international and domestic markets. In order to find a foothold in the competitive market, the iron and steel enterprises must find a new way of development. Technological innovation is the survival and development of the enterprises. For Ningbo Iron and Steel Company, it is not only from the form of industry development, but also from the characteristics of the enterprise itself. It is an inevitable way for enterprises to improve their competitiveness by choosing the road of technological transformation with technology innovation as the core. This paper starts from the technical transformation practice of Ningbo Iron and Steel Company and takes the modern project management theory as the guide. Based on the analysis of the operation effect of the technical transformation project of the coke automatic sampling system, the paper points out the various problems in the process of the project operation. Combined with the results of the analysis and project management related knowledge to the coal automatic sampling technical reform project design. In order to effectively carry out the technical transformation of coal project management. This article from the construction of scientific technological transformation management organization structure, build an effective information management system for technical transformation, strictly control the progress of the project. Strengthening cost management, quality management, risk management and other aspects are discussed, hoping to promote the Ningbo Iron and Steel Company coal automatic sampling technology transformation project effectively.
