【摘要】：本文以鞍鋼建設(shè)公司項目成本管理為研究背景，通過運用項目管理及項目成本管理理論知識，先是對鞍鋼建設(shè)公司目前項目成本管理的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題以及公司項目成本管理的基本模式，重點對本公司在項目成本管理過程中出現(xiàn)的管理方法不完善、管理體制不健全、管理模式落后、考核獎罰體制不健全等等問題加以詳細剖析。其次通過以上的分析，以及論文準備階段收集的資料、與生產(chǎn)一線職工和二線管理人員交流與溝通，提出了詳細具體的改進意見，促進鞍鋼建設(shè)公司項目成本管理水平進一步提高以及提高項目乃至企業(yè)的整體經(jīng)濟效益。最后，對全文進行了總結(jié)，，指出本文的實際意義，希望論文中提出的觀點以及措施能夠為鞍鋼建設(shè)公司及其他施工企業(yè)進行有效的成本管理提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:In this paper, Anshan Iron and steel construction company project cost management as the research background, through the use of cost management of project management theory and project, the first of Anshan Iron and steel construction company project cost management present situation, existing problems and the basic mode of project cost management, key management methods of the company appear in the project cost management process is not perfect, the management system is not perfect, backward management mode, detailed analysis of examination and punishment system is not perfect and so on.
