【摘要】：隨著新型核電項(xiàng)目復(fù)雜度的增加以及國(guó)家相關(guān)要求的不斷提升,核電施工項(xiàng)目要求更專(zhuān)業(yè)、更全面的管理。而運(yùn)用信息化的方式可以快速收集、存儲(chǔ)各類(lèi)資料,實(shí)現(xiàn)各參與方準(zhǔn)確、及時(shí)地溝通、交流,提高核電施工項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施效率,保證施工質(zhì)量及運(yùn)行進(jìn)展。但是根據(jù)目前已實(shí)施的核電信息化項(xiàng)目來(lái)看,其實(shí)施效果沒(méi)有達(dá)到預(yù)期目標(biāo),信息化項(xiàng)目本身需要加強(qiáng)管理。項(xiàng)目管理由于其開(kāi)放性、靈活性,其思想已經(jīng)深入各行各業(yè)中,廣泛地適應(yīng)了企業(yè)產(chǎn)品多變的要求。將項(xiàng)目管理的方法引入到信息化管理建設(shè)的全過(guò)程中也越來(lái)越成為提高管理水平的必然選擇。 本文通過(guò)核電施工信息項(xiàng)目的現(xiàn)狀的分析,提出了其普遍存在的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合核電施工信息化項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),將現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理中的項(xiàng)目組織管理、項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、項(xiàng)目成本管理、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理、項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理等方法應(yīng)用到核電施工信息化項(xiàng)目中,重點(diǎn)分析了在三門(mén)核電施工信息化項(xiàng)目中應(yīng)用的實(shí)際案例。 應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明,項(xiàng)目管理在三門(mén)核電施工信息化項(xiàng)目中行之有效。通過(guò)項(xiàng)目管理理論合理配置了資源,加強(qiáng)了團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,不僅有效地控制了進(jìn)度,縮短了工期,保障了質(zhì)量,而且降低了開(kāi)發(fā)成本,提高了經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。該項(xiàng)目的成功應(yīng)用將對(duì)以后的核電施工信息化項(xiàng)目具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the increasing complexity of new nuclear power projects and relevant requirements of the continuous upgrading of nuclear power construction projects require more professional, more comprehensive management. And the use of information can quickly collect, store all kinds of information, for all parties involved in the accurate and timely communication and exchange, improve the implementation efficiency of nuclear power construction projects, to ensure the progress of construction the quality and operation. But according to the project of nuclear power informatization at present has been implemented, the implementation effect has not reached the expected target of informatization project itself needs to strengthen the management of project management. Because of its openness, flexibility, the idea has been deep in all walks of life, widely adapt to the changing requirements of enterprise products. The project management methods will be introduced to the full in the process of the construction of the information management has become an inevitable choice to improve the management level.
In this paper, through the analysis of current situation of nuclear power construction project, puts forward the problems, combined with the characteristics of nuclear power construction project information, project organization and management of modern project management, project risk management, project cost management, project schedule management, project quality management method is applied to the construction of nuclear power informatization project, key analysis the application of actual case in the three nuclear power construction in the informatization project.
The application results show that the three nuclear power project management in the construction of informatization project effective project management theory. Through the rational allocation of resources, strengthen the team cooperation, not only can effectively control the schedule, shorten the construction period, guarantee the quality, and reduce development costs, improve economic efficiency. The successful application of the nuclear power project the construction of the informatization project has reference significance.
