【摘要】:國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)要想持續(xù)發(fā)展,就要以電力工業(yè)為基礎(chǔ)。隨著電力體制不斷深入改革,怎樣才能增強(qiáng)發(fā)電企業(yè)在市場(chǎng)上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,保證企業(yè)得到最大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益這個(gè)問(wèn)題需要每個(gè)發(fā)電企業(yè)進(jìn)行認(rèn)真思考。很多的發(fā)電企業(yè)意識(shí)到在保證設(shè)備安全、可靠的基礎(chǔ)上降低設(shè)備檢修人費(fèi)用是降低運(yùn)營(yíng)成本的關(guān)鍵,發(fā)電廠設(shè)備的周期性大修、小修,具有以下特點(diǎn):涉及專(zhuān)業(yè)多、檢修時(shí)間長(zhǎng)、占用資金多,是發(fā)電廠生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)中的很重要的組成部分。完全依靠傳統(tǒng)的檢修管理方法進(jìn)行管理,已經(jīng)不適應(yīng)發(fā)電廠發(fā)展的需要,因此必須對(duì)發(fā)電廠進(jìn)行科學(xué)有效的檢修管理,才能有效降低發(fā)電廠的運(yùn)營(yíng)成本。 本論文首先對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)理論,機(jī)組檢修的管理理論及機(jī)組檢修的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了論述,結(jié)合企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀總結(jié)出需要優(yōu)化的四個(gè)方面:組織結(jié)構(gòu)、成本管理、進(jìn)度管理、質(zhì)量管理。然后對(duì)陡河發(fā)電廠機(jī)組檢修組織結(jié)構(gòu)、質(zhì)量管理、成本管理、進(jìn)度管理環(huán)節(jié)中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了具體分析,并總結(jié)出其產(chǎn)生的原因;最后對(duì)相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行深入研究,在研究的基礎(chǔ)上,把項(xiàng)目管理理論方法與陡河發(fā)電廠機(jī)組檢修相結(jié)合,對(duì)陡河發(fā)電廠的機(jī)組檢修過(guò)程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)組檢修過(guò)程的項(xiàng)目管理化。在文中重點(diǎn)研究了成本、質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度之間的關(guān)系,提出了運(yùn)用價(jià)值工程和掙值分析法分別解決成本與質(zhì)量、成本與進(jìn)度之間關(guān)系的方法。通過(guò)對(duì)機(jī)組檢修的優(yōu)化管理,提高了整個(gè)檢修管理的工作效率,對(duì)企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)資源優(yōu)化配置,挖掘生產(chǎn)潛能,提高市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:The national economy to sustainable development, it is necessary to electric power industry as a basis. With the development of electric power system reform, how to improve power generation enterprise competitiveness in the market, to ensure that enterprises obtain the biggest economic benefits this problem requires each generation enterprises to think seriously. Many enterprises have realized in power to ensure the safety of equipment, reliable basis reduce equipment maintenance cost of people is the key to reduce operating costs, periodic overhaul, power plant equipment maintenance, has the following characteristics: professional, long maintenance time, use of funds, is a very important part of the production and operation of power plant. Rely on the traditional management method of maintenance management, has not to meet the needs of the development of the power plant, it is necessary for effective maintenance of management science on power plant, power plant can effectively reduce operating costs.
Firstly, theories related to project management, management theory and unit maintenance unit maintenance of the contents are discussed, combining with the status quo of enterprises are summarized in four aspects: the need to optimize the organizational structure, cost management, schedule management, quality management. Then the maintenance organization structure, Douhe Power Plant unit quality management, cost management. Analyzes the existing problems in the progress management, and summed up the reasons; finally, an in-depth study of the relevant theory, on the basis of the research, the theory and method of project management and maintenance of Douhe Power Plant combined unit maintenance process of Douhe Power Plant to optimize the implementation of unit maintenance process project management in quality. This paper focuses on the relationship between the cost, schedule, and proposed the use of value engineering and earned value analysis method to solve the cost and quality respectively, into The way of relationship between this and schedule is to improve the efficiency of maintenance management by optimizing management of unit maintenance, which is of great significance for enterprises to achieve optimal allocation of resources, tap potential of production and improve market competitiveness.
