【摘要】：中國是目前世界工程建設范圍內，涉及投資額最大，工程項目最多的國家。但由于我國現(xiàn)有的造價管理方法相對滯后,對工程造價的風險管理未加考慮，導致許多工程項目造價管理的目標沒有完全實現(xiàn)。經過一段時間的研究，學者己經逐步開始建立關于建設項目工程造價的風險管理的理念，但同時建設項目全過程中造價風險管理的基本理論和方法仍然存在許多問題。 本文介紹了建設項目工程造價的風險管理的基本理論，闡述了造價、風險和造價風險管理等的基本概念；在建設項目整個壽命周期過程中，分析研究各不同建設階段,從決策階段、設計階段、施工階段到竣工階段的工程項目造價管理存在的風險，以及該階段風險對項目工程造價的影響；依據建設項目全過程的基本階段，，提出了從決策、設計、施工到竣工階段造價風險管理的有效措施和方法，運用數(shù)學的方法分析造價風險管理的控制，來分析研究建設項目不同階段存在的風險對工程造價的影響。本文的研究主要是在前輩研究的成果基礎上，對建設項目全過程的不同階段，提出一些關于造價風險因素的合理確定與有效控制以及相應可采取的措施。 希望通過本文的研究，能夠對建設各方強化自身風險管理及控制、成本管理及控制起到一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:China is one of the largest projects in the world , involving the largest amount of investment and the most engineering projects . However , because of the relative lag of the existing cost management methods in our country , the risk management of the project cost is not taken into consideration . After a period of research , scholars have gradually started to establish the idea of risk management of construction cost of construction projects . However , many problems still exist in the basic theory and method of cost risk management in the whole process of construction projects . This paper introduces the basic theory of risk management of construction cost of construction project , expounds the basic concepts of cost , risk and cost risk management , analyzes and studies the risks of cost management in different stages of construction projects , and puts forward some effective measures and methods for cost management from decision making , design and construction to completion stage . It is hoped that through the research in this paper , we can strengthen our own risk management and control , cost management and control .
