【摘要】:隨著工程項(xiàng)目成本管理的規(guī)范化及信息化技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,國內(nèi)外涌現(xiàn)出許多優(yōu)秀的隧道工程成本控制管理軟件,,這些軟件在一定程度上減化了成本核算的工作量、提高了成本控制的總體效果。但是,隧道工程成本控制管理系統(tǒng)至今還不能全面地應(yīng)用于所有施工企業(yè)及企業(yè)內(nèi)各個(gè)部門。通過對(duì)比國內(nèi)外信息管理系統(tǒng),主要存在以下3方面問題:(1)菜單設(shè)計(jì)不合理,功能利用率差;(2)成本分析方法單一,輸出結(jié)果可參考性差;(3)成本控制不全面,存在一定的滯后性。上述問題嚴(yán)重阻礙了隧道工程成本控制信息化建設(shè)進(jìn)程。為此,本文引入圖形可視化設(shè)計(jì)思想,對(duì)隧道工程成本控制系統(tǒng)菜單組件、成本分析組件和在線交流組件三個(gè)關(guān)鍵組件進(jìn)行全新的設(shè)計(jì)并付諸實(shí)現(xiàn),以滿足用戶越來越高的體驗(yàn)需求。 本文在總結(jié)工程項(xiàng)目成本管理、隧道工程項(xiàng)目成本控制信息化和圖形可視化設(shè)計(jì)國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)存在的問題進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),提出將圖形可視化設(shè)計(jì)引入隧道工程成本控制系統(tǒng)的必要性,并給出了具體的研究內(nèi)容和研究方法;其次,詳細(xì)分析現(xiàn)有隧道工程成本控制系統(tǒng)(Tunnel ProjectCost Control System, TPCCS)開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)圖形可視化的內(nèi)涵及特征進(jìn)行明確的界定,在此基礎(chǔ)上完成關(guān)于圖形可視化主體業(yè)務(wù)需求獲;再次,針對(duì)隧道工程成本控制系統(tǒng)菜單組件、成本分析組件和成本控制組件,分別運(yùn)用“工作流”建模思想、RIA技術(shù)、Red5多媒體技術(shù),結(jié)合.NET和SQLServer系統(tǒng)開發(fā)技術(shù)進(jìn)行圖形可視化的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn);最后,引入中鐵十八局隧道工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,通過實(shí)際運(yùn)行效果分析,進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證隧道工程成本控制系統(tǒng)組件圖形可視化設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)越性和有效性。
[Abstract]:With the standardization of project cost management and the rapid development of information technology, many excellent tunnel engineering cost control and management software emerged at home and abroad. To some extent, these softwares reduce the workload of cost accounting and improve the overall effect of cost control. Up to now, the cost control management system of tunnel engineering can not be applied to all the construction enterprises and all departments of the enterprise, by comparing the information management system at home and abroad. There are three main problems as follows: 1) the menu design is unreasonable and the function utilization ratio is poor; 2) the cost analysis method is single and the output result is poor in reference; 3) the cost control is not comprehensive, there is a certain lag. The above problems seriously hinder the construction process of the tunnel project cost control information. Therefore, this paper introduces the graphic visual design idea. Three key components of tunnel engineering cost control system menu component, cost analysis component and online communication component are designed and implemented in order to meet the increasing needs of users. On the basis of summarizing the research status of project cost management, tunnel project cost control informatization and graphic visualization design at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the existing problems. The necessity of introducing visual graphic design into the cost control system of tunnel engineering is put forward, and the specific research contents and methods are given. Secondly, the current status of tunnel ProjectCost Control system (TPCCSs) is analyzed in detail. The connotation and characteristics of graphic visualization are clearly defined, and on this basis, the main business requirements of graphics visualization are obtained. Thirdly, aiming at the menu component, cost analysis component and cost control component of the cost control system of tunnel engineering, the RIA technology of "workflow" modeling is applied to Red5 multimedia technology respectively. Combined with .NET and SQLServer system development technology, the graphic visualization is designed and realized in detail. Finally, the project of tunnel construction of China Railway 18 Bureau is introduced, and the superiority and effectiveness of visual design of the component graphics of cost control system of tunnel engineering are further verified through the analysis of actual operation effect.
